Trump himself said he changed his views a number of years ago. You’re free to disbelieve him but you can’t document that he was anything else then.

All you have is a 11 year old book.

If they’re 50-ish, they were brought up under Vatican2. Doesn’t that explain everything?

Trump wrote that book, “The America We Deserve”, the last time he thought about running for potus. Those are his political positions. They haven't changed.

This time around Trump realizes he needs to flip on some issues if his pandering to conservatives is gonna have any chance of working. Otherwise, he knows he won't get to far.

Its airheads like you who are giving him the credence (and the love) he requires to fool enough folks into backing him. LOL

Obviously at least one of his positions has changed.

You may deny it, but that won’t change the facts of the issue.

The facts on Trump can be found in his book, “The America We Deserve” -— abortions on demand, universal health care, gun control, special rights for gays. Those are the real facts on Trump.

In the real America, Conservatives DO NOT support liberals. Period.

NOT Schwarzenegger, NOT Romney, NOT Giuliani, NOT Scott Brown and NOT Donald Trump.

Btw, I'm still waiting for your evidence... tick tock tick tock tick tock....

You have deluded yourself into thinking your assertions are facts. They are not, they are simply unsupported statements of opinion.

You will not be able to prove the validity of them, as recent statements made by Trump disprove your assertions.

The onus is on you to prove Trump is lying, and the book you are repeatedly attempting to trundle out as proof won’t do, as it is too old.

I don’t think you can see his family and not believe he is pro-life. First I am impressed at how well his children have turned out. His oldest son is married has two beautiful children and another on the way, his daughter is happily married and pregnant, he had a baby with his current wife who he seems to adore... this is not the family of a man who seems to be pro-abortion... he clearly raised his family with a love of children and to be responsible adults.

But my parents are in their 80’s! Vatican2 does explain a lot though. I was brought up in that era.

Most White, non-Hispanic, Catholics voted for McCain. The numerous Hispanic Catholics voted for Obama, and the substantial number of Black Catholics voted overwhelmingly for Obama.

So, Trumps own words are "simply unsupported statements of opinion". You are delusional.

We know Trump's got you and others in the Meghan McCain-wing of the GOP convinced he's the real deal. No argument there.

But you can't deny Trump's own words. Trump is a liberal, a liar and a lout. he is pro-abortion, pro-homo rights, supports universal health care and gun control. Those are the facts that you can't dispute with evidence to the contrary. Period.

If you had any evidence to the contrary, you would have posted it by now.

Scroll to the very top of this thread, and the link provided. I’m surprised that someone so obsessed with ‘absolute proof’ is unaware that the proof you seek is so close at hand.

Trump's recent statements prove he will say anything to get conservatives swinging his way. Means nothing. The vast majority of conservatives will NOT support Trump under any circumstance.

I understand, liberal and libertarian Republicans like you are infatuated with Trump.

Enjoy your delusional state of mind.

“Do you think he has had a genuine change of heart or do you think he is saying what he thinks Republican primary voters want to hear?”

I’m not sure, he does seem sincere though. Even when he was pro-choice, he did say he thought it was distasteful, so I think it’s believeable that he may have had a real change of heart.
