No, I’m looking at the bumps and holes in the ears, whatever the medical term is. Those are different. Ears are like finger prints. Each is different.
Different angles change the appearance. The left photo is taken from below and slightly in front of his ear while the right photo was taken level with his ear canal.
Look at someone else’s ear from below and chin level, then look at their ear straight out from their ear canal. From different perspectives you see different shapes and contours.
Its the same ear, just different angles and lighting and resolution.
