He needs to explore this and get a better grasp of it. It is a winner, if he can convince himself of it.

Fifty percent of American Catholic voters vote Democrat in each general election. As sick as that sounds, that means fifty percent vote Republican. Of coursw, if they could get a clue, a hundred percent, or so, would vote pro life - of course!

When Kerry was running, I really wanted to get a bunch of bumper stickers that said “No Fetus Can Beatus” to slap on next to the “Catholics for Kerry” ones.

It’s tradition that explains the Catholic vote. And the legacy of their Speaker Tip O’Neill too who talked about politics being “local,” meaning gravy trains from D.C.
