If a person dresses up as a Military officers, gains access to a base, and gives orders, do those order need to be carried out?

If a person fakes a law degree, becomes a member of the bar, and later becomes a judge, are their decisions and judgements in court valid?

If a person dresses up like a police officer and makes an arrest, is the arrest valid?

If a person fakes citizenship and becomes President, are their signatures valid?

It is the responsibility of the Congress and the Electors to determine the qualifications for office of a person running or elected to the Presidency. That was done and the now clearly unqualified Obama was qualified nevertheless. That effort was obviously flawed and was done purposely by the Dems with the GOP looking the other way. A criminal action in my view. But that qualification process is not the business of the courts and I don't believe the courts will support any action to overturn the legitimacy of Obama 2008.

Now Obama 2012 is quite another matter since the country is awaking to the fraud. The pressure to expose that fraud has been kept alive by WND, FR and many others and Trump has clearly lit the fuse that was ready and waiting. We need to keep that fuse going until the Obama bomb explodes in late 2011 or early in 2012. It will, for a time, destroy the Dem Party if successful and give control of the Presidency and the Congress to the GOP, hopefully a Tea Party dominated GOP.

This is our best strategy for taking back the country and that is why the Birthers are right and the GOP establishment is wrong.

But exposing the Obama Fraud will not, IMHO, reverse Presidential actions of the first Obama term.

If that's the case, why would a lawyer be disbarred if it was prov en that he used different names in his past and signed an oath that said he did not or more simply committed fraud ( that is a felony).

If obama is impeached then everything he has signed will stay intacked until removed by congress.

If obama is removed by “voiding” his election then everthing he did is also voided.

Voiding his election is the correct and legal way to remove obama .Impeachment is for legal Presidents.
