Larger crowds at our National Parks and the Air and Space museum today. I think that just about does it.

Posting rules do not allow for a rational response at this time except to say at least my investments into silver are paying off nicely. That is what happens when you kill your own money.

With this deal the GOP got the “honor” of adding a trillion to the debt over seven months.

Not even close. Boehner did not address the root cause of out of control federal spending. The root cause is due to Congress expanding their powers far beyond the enumerated powers granted to Congress in Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution. Violating Article 1 Section 8 has created not only an Unconstitutional government but one so large it has become cost prohibitive.
The only way to reduce federal spending is by eliminating all federal agencies not in compliance with any of the enumerated powers in Article 1 Section 8. Doing so will dramatically reduce the size of government along with the associated costs. Any budget proposal that does not address this issue is nothing more than smoke and mirrors!

"Defunding ObamaCare, Planned Parenthood, and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting were taken off the table for this budget agreement. The Democrats in Congress have given the Republicans the assurance these issues will be addressed in the future. It is not clear when this will happen."Ha! Never. Thanks, Boohoo Boehner the crying caver.

What Did the Republicans Get With the Budget Agreement? They will get my ire, outrage and fury. Boehner gained a spot in history as a subversive. The Rino's gained an assigned parking spot from which they can watch the end of the Republic. America's new name is Ichabod, thanks to castrated republicans.
Hey Pubs either get some sack, or you will get sacked!

we only have the houseAgreed. If we really thought the elections would be threatened by a close, we had to chose our battles.
Much as I'd love to stand our ground and fight the good fight. The reality is that the swing-vote electorate is easily swayed by emotion and generally under informed.

Bonerhead will get a little pat from the MSM for his Cave In. RINOS will praise him and Obama.
To: Big Horn
Kind of funny (sarc) that we are quibbling about a couple of billion when the debt is in the trillions!
We keep putting this off. We will be forced to deal with it and it will be nasty and maybe even violent.
It won’t be pleasant when you have to tell millions of voters that they have been lied to.
What are the Dems plans? Taxes? Continuing to bankrupt the country? Eventually, like any bank, our creditors will tell us “no more.” What happens then? — tons of debt and no means to pay for it.

Republicans never fail to fail. The Pledge and the unborn slaughtered by government funded abortion were as inconsequential as the pittance in budget cuts. And news reports indicate those guys were pretty proud of themselves.
Pathetic and sad.
