As a Missourian, I have to ask, will it include reciprocity with other states? If yes, then maybe I’ll venture into Ill. and spend some of my money- if not, forget it. Tell your senators that.
I avoid states that do not include reciproctiy with MO as a matter of principle.

I expect so.
The best place to keep track of goings-on vis a vis Illinois gun rights is illinoiscarry.com. The NRA's lobbyist in Springfield posts there frequently.
If it does not, it is still worth supporting. Many other states started without reciprocity and have it now. It is also possible that a court will rule that reciprocity is required under the Second Amendment, but only if you can legally carry in that mode in that state.
