I have the feeling the Peter Ustinov and Terence Stamp version of Herman Melville’s Billy Budd hasn’t been screened on a British warship in a long time.

The British Navy used to know what to do with pirates.

I saw the headline and was instantly P.Od. Then I started to read the article and when I came to the word ROYAL, that was enough. What do you expect from the Limeys? I didn’t need to read any farther. And to think, the Royal Navy used to really have some stones.....SINK THE BISMARCK, for instance!

If Winston Churchill came back today and saw what had happened to his country I’m fairly certainly wouldn’t be any rope left in England or a spare tree.

The United Kingdom.
Where Libyan murderers are freed after blowing up planes,
and pirates are rewarded for taking slaves.
Where 10 year old British girls are sold at Gatwick
to terrorists.

The article fails to mention that while the pirates were being trated to their little party the were steaming 1000 miles out to sea before they were “released”.... hopefully.
