Hmmmm seems they might get blowed up real good planting those IED’s..... prisoners of this caliber are not worth having. Put em on their own devices and function as designed is how I would handle such BS ROE’s.....

What is the leader of U.S. combat operations in Afghanistan doing out of uniform? Far worse, what in the hell is he doing dressed up like a raghead?
He should be relieved of his command.
