This has been going on for what three years( at least) now? It’s not the first time I’ve read this.

You mean the "military advisors" none of which having served one day in the theater. Most, if not all, being acid-washed ex-doper hippies (or raised by one) that protested and spit on our troops returning from their service in Nam

Figured I'd try a short testimonial here. Was an army brat. Gramps and pops were in as was uncle, and another uncle in marines( Inchon). Had a step monster our mom died of breast cancer, being oldest it was my responsibility to care for my five brothers and sisters) was a hippie lady married pops in '69 when none of us were really fully recovered from watching our mother take four years to die. She took me to my first antiwar demonstration in 1972 or 73. I'd seen them before in the 60's but we saluted the vets, never spit on them. Then again, I was young and our mom never allowed us to get near them"smelly dope smoking hippies." But I went to this one, encouraged by the hippie madness that permeated Santa Cruz back then and tried to look like a cool hippie but ended up wheeling a Nam vet in a wc up a hill, legs blown off from a mine. As I was rolling him he said the guys to the left and right of him( in all maybe 40-50 100 percenters) were NOT against the war but against the government micromanaging the war.

Oh that vet gave me an earful. "What's the sense of bombing Cambodia now that everyone here in America has already decided the war was lost( best of my recollection)? We just want the government to either win the dam*ne war of get out. You can't pu**yfoot arouund in a ****ing war." Whatever brainwashing our hippie step monster was into I denied and were it not for those vets in the front of that "peace march" I might not have stood up and said no more, and stood by my pop when he kicked her butt out. Those were real hard times financially and emotionally and we didn't need a leech demon with all those fuzzy peacenik free love ideas filling our heads, life was hard enough sober than to think about "acid" and mariwany and all those other drugs.

Those days still have left scars on our family, trust issues, name it and yeah I blame hippies, commies, socialists, marx, Mao's lil red book, Jane Fondue and a thousand other critters and ideaologies that spouted back in the 60's festered in the 70's took root in the 80-90's and now blossoming into acres and acres of crab grass in this nation.

Blast to the future. That was my one and only ever antiwar demonstration. Can't say I liked anything I saw back then, and it changed me for the good but if not for those vets that had been in the s*** and speaking from their hearts( not all were like my wc friend, sorry can't remember his name)I may have been a different person.

We are a nation at WAR dammit and we better damn well start acting like and playing the part, screw this PC BS...okay that's grandpa( "Brass A##" or "granny Dynamite"). Our country and we the peoploe NEED to be completely focused on winning and I feel cutting out all this islamic,"tolerant" liberal BS that just confuses people is NOT helping, n it's merely putting this country on a real brink of a civil war which is exactly what them Islumics and scArabs want. Right now I would certainly toss all them mad **** Imams and their mosques and barb wire their butts IN like we did to the Japanese and Germans. Won't happen but the more we ALLOW their propaganda to slip in over our borders and into school books they'll have a road wider than the Ho Chi Minh trail we can no longer just arclight at 30,000 feet or so. But that's my opinion. Maybe we can just make it so uncomfortable they'll up and leave. There has to be a way starting with opening licensed carnitas burrito stands upwind from all mosques and forcing assimilation or leave.

Have family and friends in right now, and GrrrRRR this whole , whole, government is pissing me off.God bless you and God Bless our fighting men and women who are doing their darnedest to win this danged war on TERROR when politicians are playing double speak, lying and just plain pulling the rug out from under civilians by ALLOWING a culture of islum( see Oklahoma, see AZ sent to UN, see Libya..Whiskey Tango Foxtrot on that and whatever the H$LL" Kinetic Humanitarian Action means). Our country is not being helped, okay not going there.

If I EVER see anyone spitting or throwing stuff on our vets, I MAY end up in jail.

"While there may be ample evidence to detain an individual, the same evidence may be insufficient to obtain an indictment or bring the detainee to an evidence-based trial," Dorrian said. "In other instances, individuals may be detained based on legitimate intelligence, but the intelligence may be classified and thus not able to be presented in open court. In some instances, this results in the individual being released."

I suppose we should expect such things when we send lawyers to fight our wars. Good men and women will die as a result but at least the lawyers and paper-pushers are kept busy. God (Please) Bless America and deliver us from ourselves.

This was announced by Obama not long after he became President.

“2 words: President Trump. Nuff said.”

I am absolutely stunned to say that I agree with you.

What a story Karliner. It helped shape who you are today. You witnessed all that crap up close. All this insanity is probably all the more infuriating to you.

If I EVER see anyone spitting or throwing stuff on our vets, I MAY end up in jail.

Ditto! With you on that FRiend!
