Time to Start Taking Names
Vanity | Self

Posted on 04/14/2011 3:46:32 AM PDT by Nicojones

Today is the Vote on the budget sellout in the House. We need to note which purported "tea party" freshman vote for this abomination and which self proclaimed fiscal conservatives do the same. List them here or in your own thread, but make sure you take down their names for all of us to see. We need to call out the phonies, the posers and the RINOs once and for all. The sheer magnitude of this oversold and hyped fraud requires our action.

All of them are already phonies. None of them are addressing the root cause of the out of control federal spending. Congress, under control by the RATs and OP(formerly the GOP), for decades has expanded their powers far beyond the enumerated powers in Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution, at the expense of the people's 10th Amendment rights. Bigger government means costlier government.

The only method to reduce federal spending is by reducing the size of government within the confines of Article 1 Section 8. That can only happen by eliminating all Unconstitutional federal agencies not in compliance with any of the enumerated powers in Article 1 Section 8. Any budget proposal that doesn't address eliminating these agencies is nothing more than smoke and mirrors. The RATs and the OP are playing the good cop, bad cop scam on the American people.

Heaven forbid we should have vanities attacking the America hating left.

No, we have to attack republicans. It gives us such a great feeling of intellectual superiority.

Why not just add links to MSNBC and DU.

The whole thing should be junked! Shut the gov’t down and get a real bill. After listening to Boehner on Hannity’s show, I was ready to throw up. So sick of these people saying....I worked for every penny! SHUT UP! YOU GAVE IN, YOU NINNY! EVERYONE KNOWS IT! Go sit in the corner and cry! You are the Speaker of the House and yes, everyone knows you never thought that could happen. Shut up about. I, for one, wish you weren’t!!

Per Carley:

No, we have to attack republicans. It gives us such a great feeling of intellectual superiority.

Hey Carley, when the National Review (see here: http://www.nationalreview.com/articles/264599/strike-one-editors) and most every other mainstream Republican voice comes out against this deal, I guess you can say I am attacking the “America Hating Left.”

I don't know where you got that “intellectual superiority” vibe, I'm just calling a spade a spade. That may be difficult for you republican party hack types to digest. Feel free to post any MSNBC or DU links for us the next time you commiserate with your friends over there. After all, according to your buddy Boehner, there's nothing like bipartisanship.

Hey Carley... the republicans are in on the “deal” too. The republican leadership is evil and corrupt... ignoring that fact will just get you 4 more of barry-boy. We are going to send all of these rino incumbents that run in 2012 home... get used to new faces... going to be seeing a lot of them. Screw the republican machine... they have screwed me and every other Conservative... for all of our lives. Payback is a b!tch and she is mad as hell and isn't going take it any more.

I beg to differ. We put those guys in to LEAD, not oppose. DC needs some adult supervision. All 0 can do is stand in front of an audience of sympathetic mushheads and spout sophomoric platitudes. The Pubbies need to set the agenda - get out in front of 0, Reid, Schumer et. al.

Without the Sixteenth Amendment, they could fund none of these illicit programs. The open vein bleeding-out the nation is the ability to tax granted by that Amendment.

The Dems and the Pubs are the same. They are both insane, obsessed with “the power of the purse” and the ability to create more money just by voting for it!

And both sides DEPEND AND ARE ADDICTED to voting for it.

Can you blame them? Do you think the average American goes to the polls thinking “I’m going to vote for LIBERTY!!”?

Absolutely not. They go to the polls thinking “I’m going to vote for Freebies!”!

And the whole system of “money” printed on paper that’s not much different than the stock you can buy at Office Depot, the whole system of “entitlements”, the whole system of “full faith and credit” and unlimited debt and bankruptcies and QE1 QE2 Qe3 QE4 QE5 blah blah blah blah is collapsing right in front of us and most people don’t even have a clue they are more interested in Dancing with the Stars...

Maybe it’s just that the harm done to the US by bubba and the muslim is irrevocable.

And you seem to think that the same harm done to our country, our national security, and the free world was also done to the US by both Presidents Bush.

Have it your way. I disagree.

"And you seem to think that the same harm done to our country, our national security, and the free world was also done to the US by both Presidents Bush."

Actually, a great deal of it was. Neither Bush was Reagan, and indeed Bush I was the anti-Reagan.

Bush I started Gulf War I, and failed to finish it by taking out Saddam. As a result of that, we had Bush II and Gulf War II, which is THE direct cause that Obama was elected.

And Bush II was the originator of "too big to fail". Obama is just continuing Bush II's policy, and adding to it all of his socialist nostrums.

So.....YES.....the Bushes did great damage to this country.

That is why I despise dims and obama... they want to tell people what they can and can't do... just like you "seem" to be doing! I'll give you the benefit of doubt until proved otherwise.
