This will rise quickly. If USSC finds for DOJ, The Ralies will have a clear path track every single thing you do outside your home or off your property. For starter, event and performance trackers in all new autos. Then later.. .. Kinda dicy Rab thinks.

The USSC needs to uphold the appeals court, if they don’t law enforcement from every level will view it as a green light to slap GPS trackers on everything that moves, all in the name of the War On Some Drugs...
Way bad idea, Law Enforcement is already out of hand in this country... Just wait for them to get the go ahead to start tracking you based on the word of some coked up dopehead informant looking to get himself out of a bind.

What the heck is so hard about going to a judge to get a warrant.
But in the end it won’t matter...we’ll all soon have GPS tracking (for tolling), and the privacy protections will be non-existent (and a lot of conservatives will take the bait that we need it, due to all of the Chevy Volts on the road).

It's easier to just track every citizen.
That Patriot Act was probably a mistake since we will never admit we are fighting Islam. It didn't stop Ft. Hood or Time Square.

All the federales say,
They could have had him any day.
They only let him slip away,
Out of kindness I suppose.
(O.K., I got it now!)
