Former Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger leads a list of 19 so-called "stakeholders" who will meet with President Obama at the White House to discuss immigration reform Tuesday afternoon.
New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, former Los Angeles Police Department Chief William J. Bratton, Los Angeles City Council President Eric Garcetti and former Republican Sen. Mel Martinez of Florida are also attending, the White House says.
The Obama administration says the group will discuss "the importance of fixing the broken immigration system for our nation's 21st century economic and security needs." Other administration officials attending include U.S. Atty. Gen. Eric Holder, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and Labor Secretary Hilda Solis.

Whatever we may think of the GOP in the House for caving on other things, I can say with some confidence that they won’t cave on amnesty.
If amnesty for illegals gets passed, it will be the first shots of a second Civil War.

REFERENCE In 1996, Congress expanded the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) to include violations of federal immigration law.
1 While this expansion may not have received much publicity, it could potentially change the face of U.S. immigration law enforcement. Under the new RICO provisions, a violation of certain provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) meets the definition of racketeering activity, also known as a "predicate offense,"
2 and an entity that engages in a pattern of racketeering activity for financial gain can be held both criminally and civilly liable.
3 Among other things, the INA makes it unlawful to encourage illegal immigration or employ illegal aliens,
4 which violations were included as predicate offenses under RICO.
The 1996 law changes in the INA made hiring illegal aliens a predicate act of racketeering activity under RICO, but illegal hiring wasn’t the only violation of the INA made a predicate act. Other INA prohibitions made RICO predicate acts were encouraging or inducing illegal immigration, smuggling, and harboring illegal aliens.10 Together, these additions make the RICO Act potentially a very strong new tool in the hands of private parties against persons and companies that profit by violating U.S. immigration law.
Additionally, the RICO provision regarding the unlawful encouragement of illegal immigration could justify a suit against a private entity, such as a bank, that accepts foreign-issued identification cards that are only needed by illegal aliens.
One example of this, of course, is the matricula consular issued by the Mexican consulates in the United States. Since both the supporters of the matricula and those who oppose its acceptance agree that only illegal aliens have need to rely on the card, acceptance of the card knowingly encourages illegal immigration.
NOTE: Not one Mexican banks accept govt-issue official Matricula Consular card as ID to open a Mexican bank account b/c the MC bearer's identity is all but untraceable. MC cards are government-issued phony ID's. The Mexican govt designed MC cards to allow Mexican nationals (who violated our borders) to swamp the US banking system using multiple identities---to get on the US gravy train. The Mexican govt's objective is to weaken the US financial system, create chaos, and to ripoff US banks. US taxpayers are forced to pick up the tab for the resultant frauds........
Part of the legislative intent of the RICO laws in general was to afford private citizens a remedy for lawbreaking when authorities normally charged with such enforcement became derelict in their duties.
For example, in a town in which political corruption and racketeering activity have combined to the detriment of law-abiding citizens and the rule of law, the RICO Act was intended to provide private citizens the ability to initiate court action to compel enforcement and respect for the law.

The biggest predicate offenders are Western Union and JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, and HSBC, banks which have sweetheart deals with Calderon and the Mexican government, all of whom shamelessly and blatantly cater to the need within the “illegal alien market” for banking and money transfer services.
AG's with stones should get involved---but keep in mind RICO was designed for private citizens to get justice and access to the courts when officials are derelict in their duties.

REFERENCE American taxpayers are subsidizing foreign aid transfers to Mexico. According to Visa International--which was clamoring for a share of the transfer fees--American money sent South of the Border by illegals in one year totaled $38 BILLION-----which constituted Mexico's second largest most profitable industry.
American officials should mandate proof for all cash transfers out of the US and/or force all transferring agencies -- banks, credit unions, Amex, Western Union to collect a substantial withholding tax -- say 50% -- on every unexplained foreign remittance. Calderon came to the US looking for a-n-o-t-h-e-r handout----$1.5 billion. If that was not enough, The US Congress passed legislation in late June 2008 to provide Mexico with $400 million and Central American countries with $65 million that year for the Mérida Initiative---to fight drug wars. The initiative was announced 22 Oct 2007 and signed into law June 30, 2008.
THE FACTS ARE THESE : Mexico is calculatedly staging the "war on drugs" -- with a hidden agenda--to wage war against the United States USING OUR TAX DOLLARS. Using deceit and guile, Mexico has infiltrated the US political system, from domestic to foreign policy, as well as L/E. The Mexican govt is sending millions of Reconquista shock troops from Third Worlds over the border (illegal aliens) coaching them about taking over the US system.

Wrongo, the Austrian was an illegal once himself. He came over on a temporary visa for a bodybuilding contest and never went home.
I dunno how the scofflaw regularized his status to keep from getting booted out but he has illegal alien roots.
