Ezra Levant, the King of Canadian conservatism, celebrates Earth Day...with a chain saw.
Ezra Levant Canada ping!
The chain might have been a little tight, or dry.
A job well done, nonetheless.
Indeed. Arborvitae?
Looked like it. Maybe next year he can do a hardwood.
Had the chain brake on.
The chain might have been a little tight, or dry.

It sounded like he left the choke on. The brake wouldn’t be kicking in as he’s opening the throttle. After he released the choke it started kickin’ ass.
Pardon my ignorance, but is he supposed to be funny? If he’s the king of Canadian Conservatism, that movement is in big trouble.
Dunno. First time I’ve seen him. That was the chain brake though. Done it myself a few times.
I did my part for “Earth Day”. I bought a new pickup truck and ate pizza.
Is it a longbed, extended cab dually? That would make the libs faint ;-)
He was on trial with Mark Steyn a couple of years ago for hurting the feelings of Muslims with their writings. Give him a chance on his TV gig. Last night was funnier, and frightening when he covered the comedian being fined for telling jokes in Vancouver.
Heck, I’m in the camp of anyone who will hack up a tree on MarxDay ;)
I have heard a little (all good) about him but never saw him before.
He should have a decent following with Steyn endorsing him.
I agree... in fact, give all of Sun TV a chance. The network just started up on April 15th and it is the only thing in Canada to balance the ultra liberal CBC and CTV. I've actually enjoyed it so far... the morning stuff has been way too much on the light side but the evening programming has been quite respectable. I think that Levant is going to work out just fine.
Sun is the best thing to happen to the Canadian media since the fascist CRTC came on the scene.
Trivia: I was actually a guest (as a high school student) on CTV’s “Canada AM” in May, 1980. I figure 300 people might have been watching that morning.
That’s gonna cost him some carbon credits.
