Two days ago, Matt Drudge linked to a new book by Jerome Corsi, unflinchingly titled Where’s the Birth Certificate? The book immediately leapt to number one on Amazon.com, where it has remained ever since. The media has shown its usual incredulity at the indisputable stupidity of the American people. How could so many people question President Obama’s birthplace? How could they wonder about his origins? Are they all simply racist?

He is not one of us – he is rather a member of the same global community that despises America and tolerates Islamism, that slams American consumerism and praises Chinese communism, that rips evangelical Christianity while ignoring Muslim-imposed clitorectomy.

Just ask the Obamoid koolaid drinkers these two simple questions, and watch their heads spin.

1. What hospital was Obama born in?
2. What is the name of the doctor who delivered him?

As our government increasingly is oriented at the political benefits from “rent seeking”, it will implement its policies and laws in ways that allow it to exercise “discretion” and grant waivers. This allows it to solicit various side benefits and circuitous bribes like we see with bailouts to unionized companies and union pension funds for unions that donate to Democrat candidates.

The long-term effect of this is seen in the news that General Electric did not owe any taxes on its billions in profits. It found it was a better investment to have 600 attorneys and accountants in its tax compliance department than to hire 600 engineers to develop new products.

The answer, of course, is that Americans are desperately seeking an answer to a simple question: why does President Obama appear to be so un-American?

Obama-lama-ding dong brought this upon himself. Had he not floated some bogus “Cerficate of Live Birth” instead of a real birth certificate, then he would have have his feet to the fire. To me the key here is, knowing the controversy here, no one (with few exceptions) wants to correct the problem by doing the two things necessary to keep this from happening again: (1) requiring a formal vetting and proof of qualifications for office; and (2) tightening the voting process to prevent fraud in the counting and casting of votes.

One must ask, what would be the motive for not correcting the problem? Who are against correcting the problem?

We are engaged in a dynamic struggle for the heart and soul of a way of life, and we are losing the battle for freedom and individuality.

If we have to believe in collective salvation, please let me know which organizations I need to join in order to get to heaven, and what are the minimum requirements for membership.

The author is incorrect. Obama doesn't “appear” un-American, he is un-American. The reason Obama is anti-American is because he is part of the leftist portion of the Democrat Party all of whom hate America and are trying to destroy it.

The reason Americans want to know more about the true story of Obama’s birth and early life is that we are tired of being lied to. The official story of Obama being born in two separate hospitals and that no one can ever obtain the actual birth certificate with the actual place of his birth and the signature of the attending physician is simply not credible. There is also the fact that Obama has spent millions of dollars in legal fees to prevent the truth from being known.

Add to that the obvious forgery of the original Certification of Live Birth and the refusal of officials in Hawaii to be forthcoming about the document and intelligent people naturally become curious.

Just because a court has never adjudicated an NBC case for a President, doesn't mean the law is unsettled - it means the concept of NBC stands until the bench falls, once again, into its "legislation from the bench" mode.

It looks like Trump may be the only valid American to possible "have standing" when it comes to a challenge. No other Presidential candidate seems to have the guts or resources ($) to put up a good challenge and have indisputable "standing". I'm no fan of Trump, but let's see how far he'll take it.

Either the Constitution is to be respected, it needs to be respected in its entirety. Now we hear that SCOTUS does not want to go through another Constitutional crisis like Gore/Bush/Florida. Well, they may not have much choice in taking up this one at some point in time.

When Nobel Prize winning poet Tony Morrison can write an October 1988 New Yorker article titled “Clinton as the first black president”, then what is “black”? When the NAACP calls the black conservative Kenneth Gladney, “not black enough”, and “not a brother” then what is “black”? When Time magazine’s Jack White calls Supreme Court Justice Thomas, “the scariest of all the hobgoblins”, saying “Washington seems to be filled with white men who make black people uneasy”, than what is “black”? And when Obama, a man whose mother is Caucasian, can tell us in a widely read autobiography that in his youth he struggled with his racial identity before *deciding* to be black, what is “black”?

When Bill Maher, during a panel discussion on HBO complains that Obama’s policies are “half-assed” “because he’s only half black.” and that “if he was fully black, I’m telling you, he would be a better president.”, and that “there’s a white man in him holding him back”, than what is “black”?

CNN’s Soledad O’Brien writes of a private meeting in 2007 with Jesse Jackson in her book, “The Next Big Story.” During the meeting, Jackson complained to O’Brien, whose mother is a black woman from Cuba, that there weren’t any black anchors on CNN. She wrote, “He looks me in the eye and reaches his fingers over to tap a spot of skin on my right hand. He shakes his head. “You don’t count,” he says.” She closed the section with “[t]he arbiter of blackness had weighed in. I had been measured and found wanting.”

“Black” in all these contexts, as well as Juan Williams’s complaint on Fox News that the extraordinarily lopsided expression of Missouri voter sentiment in August of 2010 rejecting ObamaCare was really about race, is clearly not about “race”. It is about ideology, socialist ideology.

As these expressions of “black” pile up in the mind of the public, more and more will wake up to this truth: socialists will say anything, pull any heart string, evoke any tear and will descend to any dirty trick to advance their favored cause. If we think they have reached bottom with Juan William’s complaint or Bill Maher’s comparison, you haven’t seen anything yet. And that is exactly why these people must be disempowered, defunded and shown to be the frauds they are.

As far as I am concerned, we are all made in the image of God. While we all have the same rights and deserve the same respect, none of us have greater rights or deserve greater respect than anyone else.

With respect to BHO being black: it is not about the race he was born with, it is about the ideology he adopted. It is not what percent black he is, it is about how thoroughly red he is.

Protecting what you have against a predatory government can be even more important than hiring engineers in the hopes of making as-yet-unrealized products. If the wolf is at the door, you strengthen the door. You don't talk about all the things you're going to do in the future if the wolf in the present is a real danger of ever being able to get to that future.

Besides, corporations should pay no taxes at all. All taxation should be done at the individual shareholder's level.

Created to be a protector of unalienable rights, the U.S. federal government, as expanded by statists of all kinds, has abandoned that role to become both a parasite and a predator on the American people and their livelihoods. Do you know what the criterion is for racial self-classification in federal questionnaires? It's whatever you perceive yourself to be.

Or whatever the federal official perceives you to be. I knew someone from Chile who went with her husband to the INS for some matter related to their academic status for their visa in the U.S.. They looked as though they could have come from non-Pakistani England. On the part of the form asking for self-classification of race/ethnicity, they both checked "white." The bureaucrat saw their country of origin and crossed that out and checked "Hispanic." They told him that they were white. He told them they were not.
