Transcript from Obama speech at Stivers today:

This idiot doing nothing about the rising gas prices is only hurting himself - the terrible economy is only going to get worse and he is the one to blame. Food and goods prices are continuously rising and this bozo does nothing and says nothing. This empty suit must be defeated in the next election.

It’s not that he is doing nothing, it’s that he is assisitng the rise. It his his goal to turn America into a 3rd world nation, and he is taking every necessary step to do so.

The president is the arch enemy of america and the arch enemy of liberty, and what’s even more frightening than this is that he stands a pretty good chance of being re-elected by this country’s plethora of idiot citizens.

The plan is to get all the evil rich people who sit around counting their money onto public transportation so Eric Holder's people will have more opportunity to beat them down, rob them and rape them.

It's only fair.

As I recall, Obama the Cloward-Piven disciple loves high gas prices, but wants to employ the slow boil the frogs where we are the frogs who won’t somehow notice.

Outsourcing and a massive trade deficit with countries which block our own companies from exporting to them, are every bit as damaging to America as Obama.

Should we not remove the “free trade” log from our own eye, while correctly accusing Obama of harming America?

I met and visited with a retired senior exec of a very prominent American corp. the other day. We had a lengthy conversation on many topics at dinner. He expressed his deep regret that he had voted for Obama. He said that Obama turned out to be the complete opposite of what he purported to be. Yep.

$12 gas will result in the lynching of politicians.

How people could not see through this jerk early on is quite beyond me in the Internet age. There is NO excuse for such ignorance when so much information is at our fingertips.

Do they also understand that his inept cadre of czars, etc. has devalued the dollar to the extent that this has also had an effect on the price of gas????

He always has a scapegoat and a media that backs him up on it. It is unfortunate that in the internet age, you are still faced with elderly getting their “news” from the original MSM networks, and the young getting it from Jon Stewart, Comedy Central, MTV and SNL.

I think the answer is simply that people saw what they wanted to see.

$12 a gallon gas?!?!

Yeah... right....

If it ever got that high we would have long since been at war with someone.

There is surely an element of that, but I still say there is NO excuse. As voters, many had become far too lazy. Perhaps this is exactly what was needed to spark some effective energy. Active, intelligent participation in a democratic republic is essential!
