We need to vote in people who have common sense and replace the Senate and get a President who can lead this country!

If the President thinks the Tea Party is extreme now wait until 2012!!!

Go to any national or international economic summit (G8, etc.) and look at all the anti business protesters, then imagine them going home to their day jobs, working for EPA and other anti business agencies.

EPA places American security at risk...

EPA fails to support economic recovery...

EPA failure to support economic and resource growth threaten the ‘good faith and credit’ of the United States of America.

Insanity. Our national energy policy is being driven by pure insanity out of the EPA. And energy policy and costs are a major driver of the economy.

Yeah, I'm shocked too. I would have thought the EPA would have tried to extort a larger amount before denying the permit.
Looks like Shell should have filled out the permits under the name of Petrobas or another Soros stock.
Live and learn Shell, live and learn.

The EPA’s appeals board ruled that Shell had not taken into consideration emissions from an ice-breaking vessel when calculating overall greenhouse gas emissions from the project.

The GOP should be hanging this idiocy around Obama's neck from now until November 2012.

The legislative bagmen must have complained to the head of the syndicate that Shell Oil Company has been a little light on their gratitude fees so far this year.
