I’m afraid I’d have to go with the trannie also. However, I really think that the law should disallow men in women’s rooms (and visa versa, of course).
I don’t give a smelly Obama what he/she/it feels like, if they’ve got a schlong, they don’t belong in the women’s room.

schlong or no schlong, “it” is legally a female if “it” is in the process of changing over.
there is a minimum one year wait to get the operation. During that one year it is mandatory that the individual lives as a woman, dresses as a woman, receives counciling, and uses the women’s restroom. During that one year wait, the individual is legally a woman.
I’m not a fan of this, just telling you the facts according to the law.
