At least get the agencies right. The Endangered Species Act is implemented by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) Fisheries. The EPA has nothing to do with ESA. It administers the Clean Water and Clean Air Acts.
I did have them right. I never said the USF&W had anything to do with EPA, only ESA. I did say that the EPA has been involved in harming industries. But never did i mix up who runs what.
