I can only assume that you consider being an administration hireling hired to troll the internet “serving your country”.

You say he should have been shot.
Yet he was found guilty and instead of being shot he was given 24 weeks in prison.
That proves the military is sympathetic to Lt. Col. Terry Lakin.

I don’t assume anything. I asked if you had studied up on this issue. We are in uncharted waters with an ineligible fraud who is not constiutionally qualified to be president sitting in the WH. Numerous fenolies have obviously been committed to enable him to get this far.
That you don’t see this is regrettable.

"Yes, I realise that, but he had a responsibility to those troops. I believe he should have gone and refused to return to the USA, not the other way around, if he wanted to make a statement by refusing movement."LTC Lakin's duty was to his sworn oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. He was true to his oath.

Wow, I did not know that the military was so short of doctors that are able to deploy that no one was available to be sent in his place. Thanks for filling me in with your inside knowledge.

Obama could have kept this man out of jail with a $12 birth certificate.
George Bush would not have let a man sit in jail for 6 months

"That proves the military is sympathetic to Lt. Col. Terry Lakin. "
And it also proves that he is a convicted criminal, with a dishonorable discharge, rank of E-1...If you all need a hero to worship, find a real one (there are plenty of the, returning from deployment, currently deployed and being deployed) and let the deserter go away......

And Obama could have release his LFBC with nothing to do with this guy. And then that would have been enough as far as Larkin was concerened.
Istead Obama let a man be prosecuted for months.
That is not being a good Christian. That is not being any kind of Christian!

That you dont see this is regrettable.I think the entire situation is regrettable. I just don't know what can be done about it at this point. I think that Lakin has lost more that we (he and the public) have gained from his action.
Personally I never did (and never would) disregard a deployment order. I couldn't do that to my fellow troops.
Obama wasn't properly vetted. No president has been. Previous presidents didn't have Obama's questionable background.
We need to push for states to get proper certification of presidential candidates in the future.

No, the military has plenty of doctors....one had to be selected, that did not train with his unit, and had zero time to say goodby to his or her family, because of this self centered bastard.....

You would have
shot him.
Our military gave him 24, weeks prison.
Excuse me if I don't take any advice from you!
(Unbelievable...)

Unfortunately the states that have iniated bills to certify that presidential candidates are properly vetted are either not getting passed, or toothless (so far).
The system in every way is so corrupt that I can’t see that working. At this point.

A little info for the thread:
MAJ Dobson was the governments second sentencing witness. While the government elicited testimony from him about how he and his unit were harmed by LTC Lakins failure to deploy, his testimony didnt seem at all whiney or self-pitying. Rather, he came across as a professional military officer willing to do his duty. His testimony would prove quite aggravating.
He testified that he recently returned from a six-month deployment with the 1-32 Cavalry Squadron. He received a call on 6 April saying he might have to deploy on short notice. He was then put on hold for a week, told that the doctor who was originally scheduled to deploy might do so after all. He was then told he was definitely going and left two weeks later.
MAJ Dobsons wife had returned six months before from a deployment in Afghanistan. The Army tried to give them some time together and he hadnt expected to deploy until the end of the year. He had been scheduled to attend the captains career course, which he had to cancel.
When he arrived at Fort Campbell on 26 April, most of his squadron had already gone to Afghanistan. He wasnt able to attend the predeployment course required for deploying doctors.
When he arrived in Afghanistan, his unit was on the Pakistani border in Kunar Province, just north of Jalalabad.
Then came the most powerful testimony of the court-martial. On MAJ Dobsons second day in country, his unit had mass casualties a total of 16. He testified that he felt he didnt treat them as well as he could have had he had more time to prepare for his deployment.
He named the lieutenant colonel who replaced him after six months the lieutenant colonel who is now in Afghanistan filling the second half of what would have been LTC Lakins deployment.

That would have been the honorable thing to do.
He did the honorable thing. That's why he's considered the Patriot. The Constitution trumps all! His oath....foreign or domestic enemies and no one in his command would answer his question about legitimacy nor did the courts allow him a fair trial. He's the Patriot - not the others flunkies. Perhaps, one needs to be a conservative to understand that.
