There's nothing to fear if you are among the ruling class. You can disregard your own rules without consequence.
There is much to fear among those being ruled, who will be financially raped for disregarding your rules.

Killing the economy is the ultimate objective of the commies. Then they can proclaim capitalism has failed and take over everything, including us. We will work for the dictators until we can no longer work and then they will make sure we die an early death. Health care is just to expensive for someone that doesn’t contribute to the ‘greater good’.

The government seems to think that they can either hire or put everyone on welfare and regulate everything else out of existence. They are clueless if not totally ignorant of economics.

... there is nothing to fear from common-sense use of the Clean Air Act ...
Therein lies the rub.
They are going way beyond common sense into trying to bring down human civilization.

Jackson said she and President Obama would have preferred putting limits on greenhouse gas emissions through legislation. But efforts to pass such a bill fell apart in the Senate last year....By not passing the bill, Congress acted. That means it's neither wanted nor legal!

Ask Shell who put out $4billion for leases only now to be turned down for drilling.

“Nothing to fear from EPA regulations . . . .” Like when the NAZI’s told the Jewish people, just step into the showers and get cleaned up! You have nothing to fear!

I remember when they were trying to pass the cap and tax bill, the Dems would threaten, “You better allow us to pass this bill or you’ll hate what the EPA has in store.” Or something similar.
Now we have nothing to fear. Riiigghht!

Nothing to fear but poverty and death. But what’s a little poverty and death in the pursuit of an utterly bankrupt Utopian impossibility?

This enviro-commie is using standard CommieSpeak, not American English. Note carefully she said “I believe.....”. THus, she is giving you what she says she believes.
This is important in that a person can always have an opinion regardless of the facts. She can’t be held responsible for her opinion.
However, if she makes a statement of fact, she can be held responsible for what she says is “fact”.
In this case, she started her deliberately deceptive sentence as follows:
“I believe there is nothing to fear.......”. Opinion statement.
“There is nothing to fear.......” is a statement of fact (or a lie, as in this case).
When their lips are movin, they ARE lyin’.
