Those federal regulations don’t mean squat where this issue is concerned. We’ve established that already because the federal regs require “white” not “caucasian.” Yet the Nordyke twins and Danae’s long-form BCs all say “caucasian.” Once there is an exception established, the guidelines are no longer considered gospel.
