The White House released President Obama's original birth certificate Wednesday.
The surprise release follows recent and sustained remarks by businessman Donald Trump, among others, that raised doubts as to whether the president was born in the United States.

Some comments:
Field 6c: Lists Kapiolani as the birth hospital.
Field 9: Still lists “African” as race of father. In 1961 this designation did not exist.
Field 19a: Is this the name of the doctor who reportedly said that “Stanley had a baby today” to a female friend at dinner?
And isn’t it amazing that this document is released the week that the Obama’s are scheduled to tape a visit on the Oprah show.
As I said, CitizenUSA, I am not a "Birther" I am an "Asker" and I am asking why he does not release his original long-form.
THAT is NOT the original long-form.
THAT is a digital image showing alleged 1961 signatures on 21st Century paper which somebody named "Alvin" certifies on April 25, 2011 is a "true copy".
My questions stand:
1.) Why won't President Obama simply end this circus by releasing the long-form document?
2.) "What is President Obama hiding and why is he hiding it?"
Yeah...caught my eye, too. On the right side it looks like one continuous piece of paper. On the left side, the paper curls and descends downward through a hole in the frame piece. It looks very weird.
Not to mention it looks NOTHING like the ones the citizens of Hawaii have.
This is the funniest thing I’ve seen in a long time. Trump is on t.v. and is spanking the media. He’s actually putting them in their place.... I’m starting to really like this guy.

I appears from my naked eyes that one document is being superimposed over another document that contains the signature stamp of Alvin Onaka. Is this a forgery?
Someone needs to ask why he spent 2 million dollars defending the issue in court!!!!!!!!!!!

Could it be that they don’t have original paper copies anymore, that they have digitized scanned images of the original? In that case, they would print the original image over new paper. This doesn’t have to be something nefarious, but some people just won’t be convinced no matter what is released. I put those folks in the same class as Truthers, who believe what they want to believe in spite of all evidence.
Granted, I wondered why he fought to prevent the release, but now that we have it, there are far, far more important fish to fry. Who really cares at this point about a birth certificate? What important is his record. That’s what he needs to defend now. He’s literally destroying the country, but we’re going to quibble over college records???
Are these supposed to be in numerical order? Then why is Nordyke’s 61 10637 and obama’s 61 10641 and he was born 1 day before her?
Africa is a continent, not a country... When will they ever learn?
