My graphic artist is examining it herself.
He said he’s going to be gone for the next two days (Steyn filling in). He said that due to the stress of the last few days that he has to go and think deeply about where he is and where we are. He ended the show by saying people are lying to us.

That’s what caught my eye about the initial post on the long thread by Freeper PowerPro; he is a graphic artist. Many opinions; few experts.

As to your point, someone else suggested that some scanning software breaks content up if it tries to recognize text. OCR technology.
My question then is, why are some non-text elements, like the pixels at the bottom of the form above the date and the sides of the document...why were they clipped or converted to a layer?
Also... and I don’t really know the answers to these questions and concede there might very well be a non-nefarious reason for these things...
But wouldn’t OCR (text recognition) convert recognized text into text rather than as a clipped image? Or is it only showing up as a clipped image in Illustrator and would show up as editable text in another application?
Today’s show was strange. When Rush was speaking about the BC, there was interference at the station, as if another station was trying to cut in with their music. I couldn’t make out much of what Rush was saying in the background.
