Obama's Father an Illegal Alien

Immigration documents about President Barack Obama's Kenyan father, Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., obtained by the Arizona Independent show that Obama senior was an illegal alien for a time after over staying his student visa while at Harvard.

Documents show that Obama, Sr. was denied an extension on his student visa in July, 1964, in part because Harvard University, where Obama, Sr., was a Ph.D. candidate, sought his removal. Obama Sr. eventually left the United States willingly after becoming an illegal alien for remaining in the country past the expiration of his visa.

An INS investigator, M.F. McKeon, wrote “They (Harvard officials) weren’t very impressed with him and asked us to hold up action on his application until they decided what action they could take in order to get rid of him. They were apparently having difficulty with his financial arrangements and couldn’t seem to figure out how many wives he had.”

Documents show that Harvard officials considered Obama, Sr. to be a “slippery character,” and conspired with the INS to have him deported.

The article does not state for how long Obama senior was an illegal alien.

Disrespect for our nation's immigration laws runs in the Obama family. Last year, a half-sister of Obama's father, Zeituni Onyango, was granted asylum after living illegally in the United States for several years after initially being denied political asylum. Onyango went on the lam after she was exposed as an illegal alien weeks before the 2008 presidential election. She was granted asylum after her nephew became president. Obama claimed he did not know his aunt was an illegal alien.

The AP reported that Obama was meeting today with Latino entertainers and media figures "to discuss the importance of fixing the broken immigration system."

The AP reported Obama's goal is "to overhaul the nation's immigration system to provide a path to citizenship for millions of illegal immigrants."

Also, it seems he might have falsified some of those immigration papers. (He uses two different birth years on his papers.) If he did provide false info., he might have been illegal even BEFORE his visa expired and before obama jr. was conceived and born. More at this FR thread.

This document simply reinforces that fact that 0pansy SR was not a US citizen, and therefore, our dearReader 0pansy JR is not Natural Born, conceived by U.S. citizen parents.

We must vote the man out in 2012 and then repeal everything he has done, and then, toss him in Gitmo so that he may be with the rest of his friends and family.

"intent" and "clarity" occur when Congress writes a law expanding the Constitution's "Post offices and post roads" clause and creates interstate highway systems, the postal service, etc.

Prior to Congress acting many of these clauses have no instantly discernible meaning.

One of the problem areas we have involves "original intent" ~ currently on FR threads we have folks getting exercised over the "Natural born citizen" clause by bringing in old cases at law ~ and attestations from books, etc. Congress can resolve the issue here simply by passing a law to implement some process of determining if a citizen was born naturally.

I fear those guys ruling out C-sections you know.

3 months pregnant when they got married. He’s a nonresident alien from Kenya. They’re married for less than 3 years during which time they didn’t even live together. He was already married to someone in Kenya at the time of the marriage. She turns around and marries an Indonesian who promptly leaves for Indonesia while she stays in Hawaii finally reuniting a few years later where she raises Barack Obama II in Indonesia and ultimately divorces Lolo Soetero because she doesn’t want to return to America and he does. Meanwhile Obama is raised by grandparents in Hawaii we are told although Obama and his lawyers have declined to release and school records that would confirm his enrollment or his enrollment as a US citizen. Nope, there’s nothing odd about this situation at all. It’s as American as apple pie. Just your typical American family obviously. You would have to be crazy to have any questions about any of this.
