I read Thiessen’s book. Knowing how the Obama administration has gutted our intelligence-gathering capabilities, it makes my stomach turn that they find OBL with the remnants of Bush’s resources and avoid so many terrorist attacks by sheer luck.

...plus Cheney and Rumsfeld, true American patriots. I would expect that George W. Bush will get a well-deserved uptick in his popularity ratings from thinking Americans. It was the work of his administration and our military that made the finding and killing of Bin Laden a reality.
O'Bambi was merely the P-B-P announcer. The only credit rightfully due the usurper was that his idiocy didn't screw things up too badly...on this one single occasion.

I have said it before, George W Bush will be seen in the history books on par with Harry Truman(Truman left office with a 23% favorable poll rating). I didn’t like some big things things that W did eg. MediCare Drug Plan, illegal aliens etc.. but he was and is a man of character and conviction.
