It appears that all roads to the “coup within the WH” stories lead to one guy: Ulsterman or “Ulster Man” or “Ulster Mann”.
So far, every single story I’ve seen on the subject has one of those words in it. One of the things about the internet that concerns me is that if you are not careful, you can think you are getting a story from a diverse collection of sources, only to find out that in the end, those sources trace back to a single source.
It looks like that is the case here, at least so far.

Not sure about the veracity of the report, but it does fit with Obama’s notorious inability to make decisions. Think “voting present”. He just tries to appear decisive by criticizing the decisions of others.
Narcissist that he is, Obama can’t bear the though of making his own decisions and then having to live with the criticism that comes with the territory.
I’ve worked in and for the military and there is no lack of decisiveness. They are not shy about pressing the issue, even with a president.
