we just have to educate people about the media.
real education (not schooling) trumps stupidity.

we will always have fools who believe the earth is flat, the moon landing never happened, and cher who believes the sun revolves around the earth.

Thanks neverdem.
the Romans eventually dealt with a rogue's gallery of charismatic tribal enemies -- Spartacus, Vercingetorix, Jugurtha, Mithridates, Boudica, and others -- all of whom claimed victory over the Romans and invulnerability from their global reach, only to be eventually defeated, forced to kill themselves, executed, or killed in battle.
That list includes Arminius, the turncoat who engineered the Varian Disaster -- a temporary setback that faded away as Rome reoccupied, then expanded, its holdings east of the Rhine. Teutoberg was not "The Battle that Stopped Rome".
