No matter how many surgeries she has, or how many chemicals she puts into her body, she will never have a Y chromosome. Therefore, I refuse to refer to her as a “he”. She is a mentally disturbed individual who needs help, not encouragement.

Unless they can erase all those pesky XX chromosome pairs and replace them with XY chromosome pairs this person will always be a woman. A physically mutilated woman, but still a woman. The genetics can't be changed.

Chaz is a basically a man with a vagina and a (reasonably, I guess) hot girl friend who must like men with vaginas instead of penises.
Sorry, the DNA still has two X chromosomes. You can dress it up all you want, but you can’t change that!
I truly believe that this is a mental illness,although it could be legitimate in extreme cases.It seems as though this disorder strikes men more than it does women;you hear a lot about men who are going through the transition than you do about women.I don’t remember what program it was,but it was about this man who had a sex-change in order to “become” a woman.His wife stayed with him! They would go shopping to buy him new clothes.The wife said that it’s about the person,not their parts.I’m sorry but parts do have a lot to do with it!
Well, one could say that the reason this happened is because she didn’t want to be a female like her mother. She admired and wanted to be more like her Dad.
It is so sad. This just breaks my heart. Poor confused soul.
