In late April, Johnathan Perkins, a third-year law student at UVA, wrote a letter to the editor that was published in Virginia Law Weekly, the law schools student newspaper. In his letter, Perkins claimed that he was harassed by UVA university police while walking home from a party, purportedly on account of his race (hes African-American). Perkins said he was moved to share the story because it is important for my classmates to hear a real-life anecdote illustrating the myth of equal protection under the law.
The trouble is, it was anything but a real-life anecdote, as Perkins himself recently confessed

Nothing in the article seems to support that. Quite the opposite, actually. Sounds like he isn't spending the next 20 years in the state pen, as in doing "Big Time".
When I glanced at his photo, I didn’t even realize he was black.

The soft bigotry of lowered expectations. When the urban minorities challenged our cops here in NJ on nonsense, the police response was to simply stand down. As a result, our crime has gone through the roof (note Newark’s homicide rate), while police officers (often minorities themselves) sit back and watch our urban minorities kill each other and rob their own. What a great plan; they’re “winning”!

Yeah, the real world and the made up racist world living in his and other black Americans’ heads.
Yes, racism exists, but not like these race hustlers have brain washed themselves into believing.
Seems like these guys that are black but look white are always the ones screaming racism the most.
Did I miss something in the article? In what way did he “get busted big time”? He won’t be charged with filing a false police report and the student honor committee has taken no action yet.
