Like Rapper Common, White House Guest Jill Scott ‘Winces’ at Interracial Relationships

Posted By Patrick Courrielche On May 11, 2011 @ 8:55 am

Michelle Obama has been under fire for inviting rapper Common to a poetry event at the White House scheduled for today. His reference to burning President Bush, and expressed dislike of interracial couples in interviews and lyrics has many frowning that he might not have been the best selection for the night. But little has been said of another artist invited by the First Lady – Jill Scott.

Maybe they blame his Caucasian or Arab parts.

That wouldn't be quite rational of them, because it would treat Barack Obama himself, out of sheer doctrine rather than empirically, as having a fixed part that is irreconcilable enemy, but again who expected rationality out of this line of thinking?

Or again maybe it is rational in a hypothetical black supremacist world. But what a horrible thing to teach little children. Usually racially biased behavior is learned, not innate, among people.

Just because interracial mixes have often resulted in trouble in the world, doesn’t dictate to any racially mixed family that it has to give in to the narrow minded people who raise the trouble. To do this is to despair of ever triumphing over sin. God as the Father, creator, and Savior (and many many other things) isn’t very happy about that kind of attitude.

Spot on. It’s not so much about the ethnicity, but rather, humans in general. Whether you are 100% German, or Italian, we all sin, and many are motivated by racial hatred. You have blacks who hate blacks, and whites who hate whites.

The Race Card is just another tool of the Left.

“A smaller population can be absorbed by the larger if the smaller allows that to happen, which it apparently is.”

Then why is Obama considered “black”? Not putting you down or anything. I just thought your comment was interesting.

IIRC from a few years ago, someone had info that showed he was 46% Arab, 4% African and 50% Caucasian. His father’s Muslim tribe are mostly Arabian, who some suggest sold blacks into slavery hundreds of years ago.

It would be great if you, I or others could track this info down. I have always had the gut suspicion that he is a good part more Arab than black and that black people should know this and realize that they have been duped about his black Africanness. I wonder how that would effect his black voting block. If someone could prove this possibly through genetic investigation it may be well worth the while. Who knows maybe something about this is one thing that he is trying so desperately to hide.

I would answer your question by saying that a person with 1% black blood is considered black, but is that actually the case?

I don’t really know, to be honest, I’m just looking at this situation from a strict gene pool standpoint as it pertains to race, neither negatively or postively, but it occurs to me that if one was to place, for example, 15% of x species/ y race into a petri dish with 85% x species/ z race, x species/ y race may in fact be absorbed into x species/ z race via reproduction.

It’s a difficult subject to discuss, because people start frothing at the mouth at the mere suggestion of it, but I really don’t see any other result, realizing of course that for this to occur in reality it would take a considerable amount of time and generations for the absorbing to occur in total.

However, given increasing social acceptance of interracial couples and considering that original gene sources will die naturally at the end of lifespans leaving more and more mixed sources, I believe the origin source is placing itself at risk with this behavior.

We are all members of one race so your point is moot.

No, we aren’t.

We are members of the same species, we are not members of the same race.

You do understand the difference between species and race, do you not? Words mean things, try not to distort that meaning to suit your idealism please.

Let me educate you.

http://dictionary.reference.com/

Species- noun
1.
a class of individuals having some common characteristics or qualities; distinct sort or kind.

2.
Biology . the major subdivision of a genus or subgenus, regarded as the basic category of biological classification, composed of related individuals that resemble one another, are able to breed among themselves, but are not able to breed with members of another species.

Race- –noun
1.
a group of persons related by common descent or heredity.

2.
a population so related.

3.
Anthropology .
a.
any of the traditional divisions of humankind, the commonest being the Caucasian, Mongoloid, and Negro, characterized by supposedly distinctive and universal physical characteristics: no longer in technical use.

b.
an arbitrary classification of modern humans, sometimes, especially formerly, based on any or a combination of various physical characteristics, as skin color, facial form, or eye shape, and now frequently based on such genetic markers as blood groups.

c.
a human population partially isolated reproductively from other populations, whose members share a greater degree of physical and genetic similarity with one another than with other humans.

Looks like your point is not only moot, it is flat out ignorant and wrong.

Idealism doesn’t have a damn thing to do with reality, and the reality is exactly what I said it is. Funny how some people can’t seem to get their minds around it...

The old, rusted steel bear trap of race...funny how well they trained us, ain’t it?

And I just showed you how you are wrong. In fact, not just basically wrong, but dangerously wrong, in as much as the idealism of your attitude ignores the fact that a smaller race is in effect extincting itself.

I fully expect it to continue as well, because people generally are not capable of thinking about the future consequences of this behavior in the proper terms due to brainwashing, for lack of a better term.

Let me ask you this. If we are all members of the human “race”, then shouldn’t we all be members of the same country, and shouldn’t we all speak the same language?

who is it that thinks like this? Think about it.

So a black woman can be opposed to inter-racial marriage, and that's cool. But a white man opposed to inter-racial marriage is a racist and beneath contempt. Makes a lot of sense.

And God help you if you voice opposition to gay marriage.

<<<>>> Nope. Just a basic mulatto.

octomaroon = a maroon eight times over, a maroon being a stupid person.

octoroon = a person one eighth black and seven eights white (see Plessy v. Ferguson for a famous example).

But I like halfrican best. You can understand it instantly even if you've never seen it before. It also hints at the artificial nature of Zero's blackness. So fake that it caused a new word to be coined!

As long as they are Marxist at heart, advancing the cause,
they can be forgiven ANY, and I do mean ANY other moral failings.

The advancement of Marxism is the ultimate moral good.
