IIRC the Sierra Flub already changed to a 501(c)4 which makes contributions non-deductible by the contributor because they wanted to be able to lobby all levels of government with impunity.

But there are plenty of others out there that are low hanging fruit for the IRS if they'll just walk under a few more fruit trees and start pickin!!!

I guess too many hate filled conservatives were pointing out how SC often served as a high speed money laundering machine/outlet for the elite left wings wanting to donate to their thugs in office.
