These are tax exempt organizations, so it is actually a tax shelter. I once read that tax exempt organizations did not have to pay more than 5% of their funds toward their stated work which leaves 95% of the money to be used by the owner. So, it's like only paying 5% taxes on billions of dollars. So much for the great “philanthropist”.
