Video: Texas Democrat counts illegal aliens among the constituents he represents

His name is Rafael Anchia, and he is the elected state Rep. from district 103 in the Dallas area. He is also said to have his eye on one of Texas’ new seats in Congress. Speaking in the Texas House to oppose an Arizona-style immigration reform bill in the Texas legislature (House Bill 12), Anchia openly says that he represents illegal aliens.

“The immigrant population in district 103 includes some of the finest and most hard working people in the state of Texas. They’re people that you’re gonna find on roofs, or in construction crews, in the middle of the summer when the temperature gauge says 100 degrees. You trust them to take care of your children and you give them the keys to your house to do your dirty laundry. They’re people of faith who fill the churches of all traditions….The constituents who I represent who are undocumented hate criminal gangs, hate drug dealers, hate narcos, hate terrorists as much as any of us in this room.”

First, in an economy with flat income and few jobs, just how many Texans actually hire anyone to perform the jobs Anchia describes for them? Most Texans aren’t rich lawyers like Anchia, and take care of their own kids and do their own laundry.

Second…”the constituents who I represent who are undocumented…” Anchia there admits that he considers illegal aliens his constituents. He represents them.

Silly me, I thought elected officials were supposed to represent the citizens who vote them into office, and part of their responsibility is not just making new laws, but to uphold the laws of the state and country that are already on the books. There is an oath of office to that effect. Anchia may have his eye on higher office, but with these remarks he reveals that the nation’s laws mean nothing to him, and he has shown himself to be unfit for any elective office.

It sounds like he is acknowledging he is the recipient of illegal alien VOTES -- in clear violation of the law.

If nothing else, an investigation should begin IMMEDIATELY.

IIRC, Illegals are counted in the Census and used for the purposes of creating a district. So, technically, he may be correct.

This one reason I have always maintained that we SHOULDN’T be counting illegal aliens in the Census. They should NOT be represented.

AN EASY WAY---EVERY STATE SHOULD GET THIS GOING ASAP Repubs should send letters out to every person listed on the voter rolls asking for proof of citizenship......advising that those who do not provide it are deleted from the rolls.

Usually the Sec of State in each state handles voter irregularities.

Texans accused of selling counterfeit IDs (impoverished illegals "here for a better life" pay several thousand $$$ for fake ID's)

Pelcastre brothers, Angel and Jorge, Dallas, Texas, were a walking threat to US national security, expert document forgers who, for a few thousand dollars, could give anyone a new identity, NJ L/E authorities said.

The Texas brothers were a "one-stop shop" for a myriad of fake US documents, including birth certificates, Social Security cards, driver's licenses---- for any state in the US------ passports and resident alien cards, said state police.

The Texas brothers turned a NJ hotel room into a business office and were readying a massive cache of fake Social Security cards for delivery to a local NJ identity broker. Officers happened upon two cars bearing Texas plates in a NJ hotel parking lot. Authorities wouldn't identify the NJ hotel by name for fear it would spark retribution. The Drug Interdiction Task Force regularly runs checks.

The Texas brothers were followed to a NJ office supply store nearby where they purchased computer supplies. Officers then followed the Texans to a NJ storage facility in Secaucus, NJ, where the Texans loaded several boxes into a car. One of them stood lookout. Authorities approached the Texas brothers when they returned to the NJ hotel and questioned them separately.

The Texas brothers consented to a search. Police recovered laminating sheets with built-in security features, pages of blank documents waiting for fake names and information, finished documents, computers and software to create the fake IDs. All told, the haul was worth about $500,000 on the street when sold to "impoverished illegals." Police also recovered $6,000 in cash, which was the first payment from a NJ fake document broker for a shipment of 500 phony Social Security cards. ####

If illegals were counted in the Census then they are included in his total that makes up his district. Now that doesn’t mean he needs to support their illegality.

You can say that about Texas, at least on the grand scale, because we are about to have a voter ID law. But not in states like California, where even illegals can vote, and Illinois, where even dead people can vote. Some of the largest constituencies of some Chicago liberals are dead, so their job is pretty easy.
