Plutonium detected in rice paddy by a food manufacturer more than 50 kms away from Fukushima power plant:

また、ある食品メーカーが独自に調査した結果では、福島第一原発から50キロ以上離れた水田の土から、政府 が発表している数値よりケタ違いに高い放射線が検出されたという。
Additionally, a certain food manufacturing company conducted a survey by themselves. In a rice field is more than 50kms away from the Fukushima power plant, it was found that there was very high radiation that is very different to what the government released.
(heading) 原発から50キロ以上離れた田んぼの土から高濃度のプルトニウム
High density plutonium is in the rice field that was mentioned previously.
この食品メーカーによると、現時点でその結果を公表するのは影響が大きすぎるため発表は控えているとのこと だが、その田んぼの土からは高い濃度のプルトニウムも検出されたそうだ。
According to this food manufacturing company, they currently don't announce these results due to the large influence* that this rice field has high concentration of plutonium.
* Note: It is not mentioned what the influence is but it implies they do not currently release the information as it may have an impact on the media/public.

thats not good
Not surprised. I’m sure there is a lot that the general public does not know, that the government already knows. Releasing it bit and pieces at a time downplays the impact.
Oh Boy, after all the “nothing to see here, move along” the truth seeps out.
There goes Sushi in few months.
Maybe now the Japanese will be forced to relax their ban on imported American rice.

Dribs and drabs...

Radioactive cesium detected in tea leaves
Radioactive material above designated safety limits has been detected in tea leaves harvested in 5 municipalities in Kanagawa Prefecture, neighboring Tokyo.
.,.....
Kanagawa is southwest of Tokyo... so the vegetation/agriculture in tokyo is also unsafe....
They’ve already admitted the bottom cracked open so all that water leaked out into the ocean. There goes sushi for quite some time.
Not good news at all. I hope there are enough non-contaminated areas that can sustain clean crops or we are going to have a worse mess on our hands. Prayers for Japan.
What people should be asking is what are the ramifications of a full meltdown in Reactor 3 with the MOX fuel...if it happened before venting and explosions...and if the containment has holes.
I am waiting on the experts to sift through the data dump from TEPCO.
Obviously this mess is much worse than we are being told. It is surprising how this disaster just fell off the radar. Lots of untold impact, yet few people even realize it.
It may be a mess, but I would not base anything on this post because it sounds like BS. JMHO of course.
We’re Fukushimad!
I would prefer it be BS, but...who knows?
What were the levels measured for the sites before the earthquake and when did they did they measure them?
Then we have tea leaves grown in Tokyo that have to be destroyed because the are contaminated with radiation. You just have to wonder how exposed those people are to radiation. Within 10 years very bad things are going to be happening to them.
