Selling books and getting exorbitant advances for books has become the preferred way for money to be funneled to political creeps. Remember, clintoon got a several million dollar advance. Also, “supporters” buy thousands which they then shred or burn. Corrupt. Soulless.

One would venture to say that there are a LOT of "liberals with no brains." Sad to say, there are also many liberals who have brains -- but prefer emotion over thought. "Time" magazine identified and marketed itself to this audience through TV ads back in the 70s.
