Enter Nick Berardino, the AFL-CIOs General Manager of the Orange County Employees Union; the stereotypical thug that speaks of his Italian heritage and jokes about showing up at Orange County Republican Party Chairman Scott Baughs homes when upset with him, and I dont want to go there to deliver cannoli and a little bit of wine.
Mr. Berardino it seems, not only likes to joke about these physical taunts but apparently likes to intercept other peoples email in an effort to know all the covert moves of his opponents. Thats what he told an audience recently - We have intercepted their emails. (audience applauds) Also on the video below Art Pulaski, an Officer with the California Labor Federation, says I have seen the memos from the leaders of Costa Mesa to the leaders of Orange County and beyond. It appears Nick the thug and Art keep in communication.
These AFL-CIO officials admitted this at the California Democratic Convention.

BINGO.
” Mole “ Is my guess as well.
Say it isn't so!!
these thugs need to run into the wrong person and soon....
One of my favorite movies, especially the scene with Rocco and his girlfriend....Willem Dafoe is insane....
I believe the Godfather said "A good judge is one who stays bought."
I want to know when the GOP is gonna get serious about stuff like this ?
Remember when Gingrich was speaker & was having a strategy session via cell phones that were not encrypted that jus t happened to be overheard on a radio scanner & recorded & turned over to a ambitious RAT congress member.
Remember when GOP campaign offices suffered a series of burglaries & unsecured laptops with donor info & campiagn stategy were all that got stolen ?
The Democrats are no longer loyal to the United States or even give a rats rectal orfice about the rule of law unless it can be used against anyone who is not in lock step with them, if you are a supporter of the RAT party you can do no wrong.
Again I ask when will the GOP get serious about operational security?
The “victim” here is a patriotic American, yes, but also a public official. I don’t know how these emails were “intercepted” (or which emails were “intercepted,” or if any emails were, in fact, “intercepted”), but wouldn’t the emails of public officials be available through a FOIA request anyway?
Typical byproduct of California’s mentality. No brains and no idea what a tide change would make of his comments.
The GOP has no spine and never will.
Democrat Party in a criminal operation. These thugs fear nothing. They are a societal cancer feeding off taxpayers. No doubt they all eat in Pelosi’s exempt restaurants. Fact remains, there is no money to fund their fantasy.
It’s not about spine it’s about operational security ie keeping our secrets safe from just growing feet & walking out the frickin door . It’s about keeping private meetings about strategy private. It is not that hard. Basic security measures like locking up lap tops with donor info or at the least encrypting the info , guards at campaign offices overnight with pepper spray & baseball bats . Like I said it ain’t that damn hard.
It was a pretty darn good sequel!
Question: Am I missing something here.
What is wrong with him getting emails of city officials? The use of the word “intercepted” is a bit problematic but only if that speaks to an illegal manner of intercepting them.
Otherwise, most communications by public officials regarding public business are available to anyone. You can go intercept them yourself - legally. All you have to do is go to the city clerk and request them.
Felony wiretapping, for sure.
This two-bit thug brags because other members of his organized crime gang are in charge in Washington and Sacramento. Hence no prosecution.
