In a region already marked by terror and uneasy alliances between tribal conflicts dating back thousands of years, PRESIDENT OBAMA backed a Palestinian demand to Israel: “GET OUT!”
Trying to advance debate, Barack Obama endorsed a key Palestinian demand for the borders of its future state, prodding Israel to withdraw back to borders established in 1967.
He also prodded Israel to accept the demand because it can never have a truly peaceful nation based on "permanent occupation."
Obama urged that a permanent Palestinian state be based on 1967 borders – the ones that existed prior to the Six Day War when a warring Israel battled Egypt and its allies and then occupied East Jerusalem, the West Bank and Gaza.
Obama’s statements are a significant shift in U.S. policy and insiders feel would anger US allies Israel.
Israel has said an endorsement of the 1967 borders would prejudge any negotiations.
These border realignments would be consistent with those traditionally demanded by Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) terrorist Yasser Arafat during his reign.
The president cautioned that the recent power-sharing between the mainstream Palestinian faction led by and the radical Hamas that rules Gaza "raises profound and legitimate" security questions for Israel.
Israeli PM Netanyahu has refused to deal with a Palestinian government that includes Hamas.
"How can one negotiate with a party that has shown itself unwilling to recognize your right to exist?" Obama asked.
Obama also deep-sixed a push by the Palestinians for U.N. recognition of a separate state in the West Bank, Gaza and East Jerusalem later this year.
"Symbolic actions to isolate Israel at the United Nations in September won't create an independent state," Obama said.

That's OK with Obama too. Obama has such disdain and hatred for western civilization (what he sees as "colonialism") that he wants to reduce the US to a third world country, in order to usher in a combined world socialist order and caliphate.

There's only one problem with this plan... Egypt won't take them! Egypt was THRILLED when they lost Gaza, and as far as they were concerned losing the Sinai was almost worth getting rid of Gaza.

GWB talked about facts on the ground, and 1949 (worse than 67) borders, BHO said The borders of Israel and Palestine should be based on the 1967 lines with mutually agreed swaps, so that secure and recognized borders are established for both states. . Pretty much the same thing. It should satisfy Obama supporters in the context of supporting Israel, but what’s different is the man. GWB made a lot of mistakes in the context of this conflict, the importance of which is exaggerated. Hamas is where they are because of GWB ‘s insistence on “democracy”. A phrase Hussein has borrowed, big time. He’s becoming the new Bush, in words, actions, a failure. And Condi, she viewed Israel as the Jim Crow of her childhood.
I’m a bit surprised at the extent negative reaction, though I could have told the teleprompter writers to stay away from the 1967 borders phraseology. Unless the intent was to incite the Muslim world. But even the Arab street doesn’t seem to believe him. The fool may have been too clever by a half.
At the core is the fact that no one believes Barry’s words about Israel’s need for security. Heck, most of us don’t believe his words about the security of our borders.
The good news, an adult will be addressing Congress tomorrow.
When Bibi meets with Barry, wonder if he’ll brag to Bibi how he killed bin Laden.

In this case, one of the big factors is that Americans ignore history and make decisions based primarily on feelings and guesses. Barry can tell virtually any lie and the MSM keeps the lies going.
It’s called expulsion. Sorry if Egypt doesn’t want them, but if the next government of Egypt does not want to honor its treaty with Israel, there is no reason for Israel to keep the Palestinians in Gaza.
It would have to be very well organized, as a “rolling evacuation” starting at the far end of Gaza and systematically pushing all the Paleos the 25 miles towards the border. Then, a big section of the wall is breached, not near the crossing areas, the Paleos are herded across, and the wall is quickly rebuilt.
When Egypt figures out what is going on, Israel immediately announced negotiations, offering the Egyptians money to support the Gazans while the negotiations are ongoing. But no Gazans are allowed back.
And this would be a great time to deploy the Israeli version of the Active Denial System, the anti-personnel microwave device, to prevent anyone from approaching the Israel-Egypt fence.

Can we PLEASE start the impeachment proceedings for Obummer’s failure to meet the “natural born citizen” requirement? Both of his parents were NOT citizens at the time of his birth so he is not “natural born” no matter what Hawaii says.

I think she's looking for something obvious to use as a pretext for making a very public break with him. I've been predicting for years that it would be about something like this, related to Israel.
She's cynical and calculating -- I could see her using this transparently stupid speech, or the fallout from it, as a pretext for that break.
THAT will be something to watch
