I’ve often wondered why so many “innocent” persons retain criminal defense lawyers.
Nonsense, I would retain an attorney for anything beyond a jaywalking ticket. Our legal system is not about justice or reality. It is about hurting the person with the least defense. We no longer have a just or civil society but instead one that is more like 1984.
