Senate Backs Filibuster of Pro-Abortion Nominee Goodwin Liu
Washington, DC -- The Senate votes today against a motion by Senate Democrats to cut off debate on Goodwin Lui, a pro-abortion law professor President Barack Obama selected to become a judge on a federal appeal court.

It’s a very misleading headline. The rejection had more to do with his extreme leftist philosophy than his stand on abortion. The guy is an academic leftist just like O’Bummer - except that he actually has a record of academic accomplishments.
Along with a deep-seated hatred for the Constitution.
