A Texas teen mom could face life behind bars after she was caught on camera trying to smother her baby with a blanket and her hands.
Shantaniqua Nykole Scott, 18, of Waco was convicted Thursday of injury to a child. She previously told authorities that she couldn't handle the stress of being a single, unemployed mom and wanted the 4-month-old "out of my life."

Hofuelly Shantaniqua shallika spenda lifita ina shanprisoniqua.
Me too.
Neekie is stupid and maladjusted, a sociopath
Her child will struggle all his life for not being able to hate her
Someone else will raise him, then Neekie will bawl and want to be part of his life, expecially if he gets money
That’s the way it goes, sometimes :-(
Just asking...
Her efforts at eliminating an unwanted child are 13 months too late! To have that child totally, cleanly, legally and morally out of her life, she SHOULD HAVE kept “Tyrone” out of her PANTS! Additionally, I’m sure there are fine and good people waiting in line to adopt her child. It is NOT necessary to snuff him.
Her welfare queen mom obviously had LOTS of time to sit around and scramble the alphabet until she came up with THAT combination of letters!
Wonder what her husband has to say about this?
Husband?
And - In nine months she’ll probably have another one. She is part of the entitlement mentality...have a kid, get $$$ from the governmnet and you never have to work. But, having a baby comes with some responsabilities and this Sha-na-na (or whatever that stupid name is), teen girl couldn’t bear the effort of even caring for a child in order to get her “paycheck” from Uncle Sam. It won’t be long before some other guy will come along and she will resume her sexual activities and bring another unwanted baby with no father present into the world for the taxpayers to pay for. It is all part of their lifestyle.
Hmmmmmmmm. Without seeing a picture of her, I bet she is one of Holder's people.
“Kids, what do we say to the nice man?”
“Are you my daddy?”
Shouldn't that be spelled "Sataniqua?"
Mark
"You got a baby? Who told you to have that baby?"
"I didn't tell you to have that baby."
"You're too young and stupid to have a baby, didn't anybody tell you that?"
Having a baby at your age with your IQ - That's totally inappropriate. It's lewd, vesivius, salacious, outrageous!"
"But they convicted you - that's going to be a problem!"
"It's gonna be a problem for them. This a clear violation of your rights. It's an infringement on your constitutional rights. It's outrageous, egregious, preposterous!"
Yup. Knew she would be one of Holder and obummer’s people.
This is the fault of liberals who for years have destroyed the family and promoted single motherhood, sex in schools, and deviant behaviors. This woman is a product of liberalism.
Back before the government put its grubby little hands in the adoption process, this ‘egg donor’ would have been able to give the baby to a church, who would then find a good family for him. Now? It’s upwards of $30,000 to adopt an unwanted baby.
Why? Because the government wants its cut of money.
I feel a bit bad for her too, knowing that the culture of death has debased her and robbed her of any knowledge of true femininity and womanhood.
I could have never made it through with any of my three colicky infants if I hadn’t had a paternalistic caveman husband totally devoted to the care and comfort of the mother of his children.
Frankly, I’m surprised there aren’t a lot more of these cases among young single moms.
I’m going to have to agree with you on all counts. Any comments I would offer would be removed anyway.
Nah, a wood-chipper works better on teenagers But it needs to industrial sized
unless they chopped into small parts first
Then the mulch pile can handle it
Not only that, the mother can retrieve the baby if she wants. That’s why people are going overseas.
