Why hasn't the Governor called in the State Bureau of Investigation on this. There will never be a honest investigation if the parties involved are allowed to do their own investigation. We have already seen some of the statements released to indicate what their final analysis will say, that the shooting was justified.

And another thing why is it the Swat team has hired their own attorney? Doesn't the county have their own attorney?

And why hasn't the warrent been released as required by law?

All these fake wars, on drugs, on terror, are only to terrorize, maim, and murder Americans. This is a prime example

Getting them trained - programmed - to kill Americans without a second thought when the word comes down/

“and storming into known drug and gang fortified buildings and blowing away the known hardcore gangs,”

Excellent point! WHY are they NOT going after drug gangs, MS-13, etc. etc.???!!!

(Or maybe they are, and the gangbangers are quietly arrested at work/s;)

People like this are effing crazy and have no business in law enforcement or being anywhere near firearms. This is the mentality that led to Ruby Ridge and Waco.

The Brown Shirts - scum given badges and guns and trained to kill at will with overpowering and over reaching force...basic training for Martial Law.

IMHO The victim was executed because he had damaging info on someone/thing/op within the LE organization. Witness neighbor said he heard 2 different auto weapons fired, 45 sec pause then 2-3 more rounds sounding like a shotgun were fired. Witnesses opinion of weapons used could be questioned but not the intent of several extra shots fired to finish the job. Other releases by PCSO indicate an officers weapon was accidentally discharged. I think the other Officers opened fire on that account and not to any supposed verbal threat by the victim. It would’t have mattered if the victim was a Saint or a Demon after the A/D, Swat provided their own reason for escalation. That the Vic held his fire through the door battering, A/D and final volley tells me he wasn’t sure who was busting in. He had doubts, he held fire. Same can’t be said of the certified professionals.
Who bangs on a door for 45 seconds when the situation warrants a swat team deployment? That doesn’t pass the smell test. Why are we getting info on what was seized in the raid after records were sealed? Smell test again. Why the info (from top link) that license plates were run? That tells me the LEO’s have a security leak and/or mole working in or for the dept. WHY? For whom? Too many holes, too many errors to think its a coincidence.

And my little jab for the evening- Why do we have a swat team running amok with full auto weapons to serve search warrants in crowded residential areas, and then require the Bortac unit, in the open desert, to use beanbag guns to subdue border bandits and smugglers? WTF???

I am aware of many people calling/faxing the governors office on this. No answers; not even if they will do an independent investigation. If anyone is so inclined:

The Honorable Jan Brewer
Governor of Arizona
1700 West Washington
Phoenix, Arizona 85007

Telephone (602) 542-4331
In State Toll Free (800) 253-0883(outside Maricopa County only)
Fax (602) 542-1381

NOTHING will happen from the governors office unless it can be connected to some political benefit for Brewer. NO politician, including Brewer, does anything unless it will benefit them in some way. So, it takes thousands of calls for an investigation to get traction. So, I encourage everyone reading this to write a letter expressing your concern and mail it, fax the letter as well, and call the office.

A Tucson, Ariz., SWAT team defends shooting an Iraq War veteran 60 times during a drug raid, although it declines to say whether it found any drugs in the house and has had to retract its claim that the veteran shot first.

I can assure all, if any substantial amount of drugs were found in the home, the police down in Tucson would have broadcasted this to all.

Dont’ forget they lied first - said he fired first - took 6 days before they admitted the safety was on- he never fired.

The EMT team (his wife called 911) was only 1 block away and got there fast but WERE NOT allowed in. After 1 hour 14 minutes, they told them they weren't needed, he was dead.

In the meantime - did they do some gardening - as in planting?

Yes. They are NOT on our side, no matter what some might think. They will gladly round us up, quarantine us, execute us, whatever the case might be. All while wearing masks like some sort of 3rd world assassins or leftist revolutionaries.

I don't cry tears for drug dealers who get kids hooked. I don't believe in lying by using the term "medical pot" when there is nothing medical involved in the sham.

The WOD is an absolute failure in all aspects.

The big pharma drug cartels have half the elderly hooked on their government approved drugs..And government approved alcohol has killed more than *any* drug ever produced.

Throwing millions of Americans in cages for having drugs is bull sh*t.

FYI for all that can attend:

Tucson Mayor and Council Meetings and Public Participation:

The City of Tucson has a council-manager form of government. Policies are set by the Mayor and Council, who are elected by the people. Policies are carried out by the City Manager, who is appointed by the Mayor and Council. The Mayor and Council decides what is to be done; the City Manager, operating through the entire city staff, does it.

Regular Council Meetings

The Mayor and Council meet beginning at 5:30 p.m. on each of the first four Tuesdays of every month, except for July and August, when there is only a meeting on the first Tuesday. The City Charter mandates that Mayor and Council hold a meeting during the first week of a month. If a holiday falls on a Monday or Tuesday in that first week, the meeting will then be held on Wednesday. No meetings are held on holidays or the fifth Tuesday.

Participation by the Public

Persons attending the meetings shall observe rules of propriety, decorum, and good conduct, and refrain from impertinent or slanderous remarks. Violation of this rule shall result in such persons being barred from further audience before the governing body. A copy of the complete rules and regulations may be obtained from the City Clerk.

The Mayor and Council often schedules public hearings on topics of interest. Pursuant to Mayor and Council Rules and Regulations, public hearings last one hour. Interested persons are invited to attend and offer comments. Additionally, Call to the Audience is reserved for comments from the public.

To address the Mayor and Council:

• Complete a speakers card and deposit it in the tray on the podium. Upon being recognized, state your name and address before proceeding into your subject matter. Speakers are limited to five-minute presentations.

• Submit written comments to the Mayor and Council (via the City Clerk) prior to and during the meeting.

• Call the Mayor and Council Citizen Comment Line at 791-4700. Your comments will be transcribed and distributed to the Mayor and Council.

Come on over here and repeat your claim that people like this DESERVE to be shot and killed without a trial.

I was watching the city channel last week and saw one really good speaker on this topic. Youngish guy (20s or 30s), and really well spoken.

Does anyone here know if his inactive reserve status in the USMC was completed prior to his murder?

Good question.

Shame there doesn't seem to be a single DA or federal prosecutor who will take this-

-to heart.

What is the governor of Arizona doing?

Does John McCain not have an opinion on this?

What about the Arizona State Police?

Or does everyone have their finger up their sphincter?

All while wearing masks like some sort of 3rd world assassins or leftist revolutionaries.

Got that right.

Provide these brain/conscious-dead people with guns and badges, a 'gang' - AND masks - they will do things even THEY probably never thought they would.

Hitler's goons knew it - so do the goons trained in Sol Alinsky.

There is a simple answer here...which I think states ought to start considering...bonded requirements for raids. You as the chief of police want to raid someone’s private home with SWAT guys? Before you even come to the Judge for paperwork....you produce a stamped bond document. You post $5 million in a bond for a situation if you screw up. I’m guessing the city council will began to look at these expenditures and costs....and start to limit your authority after a while to conduct private raids. This is the only way that we will eventually stop all this SWAT business.
