If i ever make the mistake of driving to Florida again i am bringing around 735 pounds of TNT to blow up all 735 South of the Border signs i pass on the way there.
Yea but doesn’t that mean that the universe expanded far faster than the speed of light?
The answer.
Google red/blue shift.
The universe expanded, and with it the fabric of space and time.
The light traveled at a constant speed while the universe was stretching out and time sped up..................
If you ever get the chance, read “Icarus at the Edge of Time” by Brian Greene. It is a short story in picture book form that deals with the effects of Relativity on a hapless young genius.....................

Hey! they kept you from falling asleep at the wheel and running off the road!.....................
I thought most of the SOTB signs came down? Last I knew they only had them in NC and SC these days.
The last time i drove south from MA to FL was around 1990.
Maybe somebody else blew ‘em all up.
The “You never sausage a good time” sign is the one i remember the most.
