After 8 years of Clinton, I was thrilled to get Bush over Gore. I understand the sentiment of having to throw out Obama, but we have to accept the fact that Bush did NOT clean the STAIN on Clinton from America.

Clinton should have gone down for Waco or the Chi-com treason WAY before the Lewinsky mess.

We HAVE to elect a reformer third party if the GOP gives us another establishment RINO.

Maybe so... but, the way things stand and given the record of third party efforts, it seems any vote for a third party candidate (no matter how qualified or popular) will amount to a vote for the opposition.

It is like throwing your vote away.

In my own memory, I think Bush senior could have been re-elected, except Perot drew votes away. A vote for Perot was a vote for Clinton.... who didn't have SO MANY monkeyshines in his bag of tricks that sending support ($$$$) to Perot would be ‘inconceivable’

I'd much prefer to see your comment posed as a question rather than a statement...something like this: "Are we going to be able to elect a reformer third party candidate if the GOP gives us another establishment RINO?"

Answer: in this upcoming election, any "third party" conservative, "non-establishment" (shades of the 60s!!) candidate will split the vote on the right.

It would be tatamount to voting FOR the stain.

So...attempting to put a "third party" candidate into the Oval office will most certainly assure that the stain and his entire regime will be in full and absolute power until 2016.

Question: can the US "afford" that?

Answer: While it may not be palatable, an "establishment" RINO is the only way to go, if the other direction leads us to a continuation for 4 more years of the current regime. Think for a minute where we'd be had mcloser actually won the last election!!!!! And there is no larger a RINO is the entire US than mcloser.
That said, Mrs. Palin would be the present VP.

Now tell me....would that not have been preferable to the sewer regime now ruining this country?

Let's learn a lesson here folks....virtually anything or anyone is immensely more preferable than 4 more years of the stain and his regime. Let's not repeat the mistake we made in '08.
