Coming off her week-long One Nation bus tour that was widely seen as a test-run for a presidential campaign, Sarah Palin says shes starting to see that running for president might not be the best fit for her.
Not only do I love my freedom of not having a title and being a declared candidate that is liberating I know you can make a difference as an individual, she said. Hopefully, I can inspire others to know that you dont need a title. You dont need to be in office to effect positive change.

And, as I understand it, there NEVER WILL BE.
The TEA Party is a grass-roots organization that is frustrating to the MSM because it doesn't have one specific leader. If there was, you can bet your sweet bippy that they will hound, harass, excoriate, villify, and otherwise make life a living Hell for that person. As it stands, they don't have someone to focus all their hatred upon...other than Sarah.
OK that's not an endorsement of a 3rd party but it's not really a non-endorsement either. Amy Kremer from Tea Party Express was just on Fox and was very clear that TPE would not support a 3rd party candidate, that they would work to get the best possible candidate within the GOP. But she also said IF Mitt Romney ended up with the nomination TPE would support him because it's all about defeating Obama.
She said on Hannity the other night: "If theyre not careful in the GOP, there will be a third party rise-up. That is what the GOP should be fearing today. OK that's not an endorsement of a 3rd party but it's not really a non-endorsement either.
Yes, it's a warning to the GOP that some will want to go third party. And you're right, she is not being critical of those people who would make such a warning. But the bottom line is, latter in the interview, she said, she would not go third party.

That's a good strategy.
But she also said IF Mitt Romney ended up with the nomination TPE would support him because it's all about defeating Obama.
I would hold back my support at this point.
In Hannity’s interview with Trump after the pizza party with the Palin’s, The Donald said ‘if the GOP nominates a stiff’ he’d consider 3rd party... could it have been any clearer who he was referring to? I don’t despise Romney as others here do, but there is NO denying he is a ‘stiff.’
Among them, Palin and The Donald, and now the TPE, have put the GOP establishment on notice that this election will not be business as usual (i.e., whose turn is it?) I’m very pleased with that.
We need to do everything possible to make sure Romney is NOT our nominee. But if it all fails and he does become our nominee I will have no problem voting for him. He’s 1000% better than Obama.
Amy Kremer was on Fox this morning and made it very clear if Romney is the nominee he would have their support. She wasn’t threatening any 3rd party nonsense like Donald Trump is. She made it clear TPE would be working within the GOP to get the best candidate. I’m worried about Trump going 3rd party and Palin possibly supporting him. She has enough of a populist streak to do it, IMO.
I don't think Palin would support a third party Trump.
Trump is just as bad as Romney.
Does it actually matter what Amy Kremer or anyone else purporting to talk for the “tea party” says? TPE may have a leadership structure but the vast tea party movement does not.
I’ve been to my share of tea party rallies and done the party faithful electioneering, but am not about to just follow Ms. Kremer or any of them. That’s not to say I’d vote 3rd party .. just can’t say at this point. But I’ve had it with these self-appointed and even elected leaders telling me who I should vote for when what they present is not up to the task.
In many ways, that’s a good thing, because by attacking a movement, the media is showing its true colours.
