Filmmaker Steve Bannon invited me to an exclusive screening of his new Palin documentary"Undefeated" in New York this last night. It's a blockbuster, because she is a force of nature. He has done this country a great service in this remarkable effort. Sarah Palin is one of the most media saturated of all public figures and yet so few know her story or more remarkably her exceptional record. No governor at any time, not LaGuardia, Roosevelt or even Reagan, accomplished anywhere near what this champion achieved in her first 18 months in office.
We all fell in love with her for a reason and despite years of malevolent Palin-bashing, this film reminds us why. It is astounding. And while America may look to Alaska for it's energy, what America should look to Alaska for is her leadership.
The origin of the film is inauspicious. Bannon was approached by Palin's close aide, Rebecca Mansour, with a request to make a few you tube videoos explaining a number of Palin's historical accomplishments while Governor of Alaska. But so taken was Bannon with Palin's record and leadership, he made a feature-length movie, financing it himself while keeping complete editorial control. Palin was not even interviewed for the film (he used audio from her book "Going Rogue" for continuity.)
Bannon's background is interesting. He is a former naval officer and ex-Goldman Sachs banker now filmmaker who was enormously impressed with an American patriot with frontier values from the last great American frontier.
Palin's background is blue collar. Her father was a schoolteacher who never made more than $ 23,000 a year. Her mom was a homemaker. Her husband is working class and she belongs to no political dynasty or any insiders clique either in the beltway or Alaska. She is us. She is the quintessential maverick, an outsider, but despite this, she beat old boy powerhouse Republican Frank Murkowski in the primary before crushing the competition in the general election to become Alaska's youngest — and first female — chief executive on sheer goodness and will.
And even those of us who thought we knew what champion Palin was, knew little of her monumental achievements.
The film is divided into three parts. First, how she came from nothing to battle the corrupt powers fighting against her (and the best interest of Alaskans) and achieved unprecedented success in a very short period of time despite the odds. The second part of the film shows the true leadership, natural charisma and intelligence that makes Sarah Palin uniquely qualified to inherit the Reagan mantle. She is the only conservative leader who can lead a Reaganesque Revolution and bring the American people (the tea party movement) back into power and into the Oval office. Steve Bannon has been quoted as saying, "This film is a call to action for a campaign like 1976: Reagan vs. the establishment."
American needs this film.
I hope this is the opening salvo in the right's counter assault on the left's cultural choke-hold and manufactured narratives they audaciously call news. It is time, America, we go on the offense. Bannon kicks off the film by exposing the fierce pathology behind Palin Derangement Syndrome with a series of vidclips of well known "celebrities" spewing X-rated misogynistic, sexist, and vicious remarks about Palin. It speaks more to their character or lack thereof. Bannon actually has two versions of the film – the x-rated and the PG13 edit for family audiences. What I admire most is how Palin does not back down in spite of this misogynistic war on her very existence. Having been on the receiving end of violent left wing poison (I actually make a cameo in the film when a Keith Olbermann "worst person in the world" clip is used – I am the runner up to Palin) the abuse against her is shocking. And yet Sarah moves forward without hesitation with guts and grit and grace. I love her. She has character and spine like no one else. Obama would melt in one day under such relentless attack. The left does not realize that they have trained this woman for D-day battle.
America needs to see this movie if, for no other reason, to know what a real leader looks like and acts like and to understand what Palin actually accomplished. America must begin to understand how violent and destructive the elitists that control information dissemination have become. We witness an absolute campaign of destruction of a squeaky clean, brilliant, accomplished champion of the people by bloodthirsty, jealous hyenas. And the craven complicity of the Republican establishment will drive legions away from the old guard and their Rovian mechanics. The Old Guard must stand down.
Governor Palins cornerstone accomplishment is AGIA (Alaska Gasline Inducement Act). During the Palin administration, TransCanada and Exxon formed an alliance to build a natural gas pipeline from Alaska to the Lower 48. Under Governor Palins governance, the project was expanded and revised from what previous governors had proposed with an open policy process for the Alaskan people. More progress was made on this effort than in the previous 30 years. This is the largest private sector infrastructure project in North American history and helps put us on the path toenergy independence.
Governor Palins administration opened up drilling for oil and natural gas at Pt. Thompson for the first time in decades.
Governor Palin created the Alaskas Petroleum Integrity Office to oversee all aspects of energy development and Climate Change Subcabinet to comprehensively and honestly evaluate climate change.
Governor Palin reduced earmark requests for the state of Alaska by 80% during her administration, requesting only earmarks that would benefit the country as a whole.
Governor Palin reduced spending in her budget for Fiscal Year 2010 by more than one billion dollars from the previous governor s Fiscal Year 2007 budget, a 9.5% real reduction in spending. Her FY2010 budget was $ 10.57 billion compared to Governor Murkowskis FY2007 budget of nearly $ 11.7 billion. At the same time, she fulfilled her campaign promise to forward fund education, allowing districts greater flexibility and predictability in their planning.
She vetoed half a billion dollars in spending, the largest veto in state history.
Governor Palin invested $ 5 billion in state savings.
Governor Palin reformed Alaskas public employee retirement system to make it solvent.
Governor Palin accepted less state per diem for herself and her family than her predecessors even though she had a larger family.
Who can you say these things about?
Americans must become one man media machines. We must educate ourselves and then educate our friends, neighbors, co-workers. We must teach our children how to think. Get involved in information and news dissemination. We must make our own choices and own them. Become like Sarah, "rawhide tough."
The film will open to wide distribution. Go and take everyone you love.
While every election is critical and "historic," and every presidential election, more so, sometimes, it's true. And none more than now. None more than 2012.
Every American is needed in this war for the security, the viability, the soul of America. Every American is needed on deck. Every family is a unit in the national service of our country. This is no exaggeration. This is life and death. This nation is at the precipice. A terrible war is coming, thanks in part to disastrous policies set in motion by a dangerous post-American president.
The media has ceased to act in any kind of responsible news gathering/disseminating fashion. It acts only to serve the state and its party (statism, collectivism). America must break the hold it has on creating false narratives about traitors and low-lives, while destroying the reputations and careers of patriots and heroes.
I am sick and tired of hearing that Sarah Palin is "unelectable." Says who? The urbane degenerates masquerading as "journalists?" This is who America is looking to for information and direction? Civilizational suicide.
I am sick and tired of hearing Republicans say Sarah Palin is unelectable. Says who and why and based on what? I am sick and tired of letting our enemies define our leaders for us. Palin has the stuff of true greatness. She has grit and courage and love of country. The palpable hatred among the left elites (and their counterparts, the RINOs) is the hatred of the good for being the good.
Palin's record is exemplary. From the PTA to the Mayors office. From the Mayor to the Governor. From Governor to Vice-Presidential candidate. She is close to perfect, and yet she is reviled, defamed, ridiculed by those who aren't fit to wipe her black stilettos.
The more evil succeeds and overwhelms our foreign and domestic policy, our culture, our discourse and the very social fabric of our lives, the clearer it becomes that nothing less than a true patriot can pull us up by our boot straps and enable us to throw off the shackles of leftism, statism and 50 years of leftwing infiltration. And it won't be easy, but it must be done to save America.
The low state of the world is getting lower. But there are so many great Americans who will fight tooth and nail to stop what Obama and the uber-left are doing to America. Clear thinking Americans see what is happening. America is being tested in a way she never has been before. The President has in every decision reinforced the impression that he is a radical, an Islamophile, an anti-semite, a usurper of the Constitution. He is bankrupting our nation and illegally grabbing private wealth while appointing Islamic supremacist infiltrators to key positions.
He has abandoned of allies and weakened of our military. It's stunning. Sarah Palin sees it, too. Smart, sharp, patriotic, she best represents the majority of Americans. And here is the crux of the problem. We cannot let our domestic enemies define our leaders. We cannot let our domestic enemies destroy our most effective voices on the right. You must have seen by now that the more rational, the more effective, the patriotic a Republican leader is, the more they are polarized, ridiculed, destroyed. This must stop, and we must stop it.
We will not never change the rabid left. Like most family members with a mental illness, they should be carefully monitored and watched that they don't hurt themselves, but never consulted or taken seriously. Logic is anathema to the left. For them, reason is the enemy. We tolerate them, but we do not hand over to them the reins of the most powerful economic, military, intellectual powerhouse in the world. Because when you do, you get a unqualified bastard like Obama. As for the Republican old guard, they better get out of the way.
I, for one, like tens of millions of red blooded Americans look forward to the day that Sarah Palin announces her intention to run for president despite the enormous personal cost such a run exact. The forces of evil will unleash their absolute worst on this shining warriror but tens of millions have her back. I was at the RNC in 2008. It was aboutl about her. She lit the fire that reignited the right. And so she will again.
Run Sarah run.

This is the key. It boils down to We, The People if Sarah Palin is to be our next president. The same goes for the tea party candidates running for the legislatures. We have no room for self doubts and defeatist thinking. My advice for us is to avoid those who seek to derail our victory. Whether they realize it or not, the naysayers are aiding and abetting the destruction of the country they claim to love.
Sarah Palin is leading the People’s Revolution.
When, where and how soon can we see this movie?
When, where and how soon can we see this movie?
It will premiere (debut) in Iowa later this month.
Al B. told me Bannon will soon post a website. Lots of interest and demand.
As I understand it will be premiering in Iowa this month and then be shown in a few other states and THEN it will go national.
Stay tuned to FR you will certainly get more details as they pop up.
BTTT
Regarding Palin, the Beltway establishment and the mainstream media have taken their best shots. They have spent the past few years digging into every crevice of Palin's background and the worst they can come up with is a little family dysfunction that pretty much 100% of all citizens have to deal with at one time or another.
Despite the constant attacks, put-downs and slanders, Sarah is emerging from the smoke stronger than ever. As her campaign becomes official and starts picking up momentum, you will see the grass roots come out of the woodwork like they never have before.
There are millions upon millions of Americans who have pretty much stayed out of the political process. They have become cynical because all politicians are the same, just snake-oil salesmen who will say whatever they need to get elected and once in, it's the same old, same old.
As the article states, Sarah Palin is one of us. She comes from the working class and like most of us, has spent most of her life working for a living and paying bills. How many career politicians can really say that?
People have been waiting for somebody like her to run. If she runs, they will come out and vote for her. Just wait and see. There is a pretty good chance that she will sweep every primary and caucus.
If Sarah runs, we will have the most charismatic presidential candidate since Ronald Reagan. Now I'm not saying Sarah is as good as Reagan. But I can confidently say she's the best conservative candidate we've seen SINCE Reagan.
Get ready for a campaign of the likes that we have never seen before.
The plan is to roll the film out in IA, SC, and NH....then put it in 50-100 markets (per Bannon). He said yesterday he will be announcing rollout details sometime this week.
No matter how many theaters this ends up in, it will not be enough. Entrenched interests will do everything they can to suppress distribution of this film. For this film to make a difference the key, once Palin is in the race, is to get the DVDs into the hands of the grassroots and let them get the word out.
In the end, I think the extent of the impact of this film is up to the grassroots and how they use this to change the minds of those that are open to it. JMO.
“Run Sarah run.”
You know it!
Judging by the pattern Bannon is showing, there will be private showings to more key players before I get to see it. Living just a few minutes from the biggest movie complex in eastern Iowa, I get to be amongst the first of the little people to see it.
With apologies to Atlas, whom I greatly admire, she's a mere mid level player here. The MSM, and their Hollywood stooge movie critics, should get the last of the private screenings. Last NOT because they're the biggest, but to minimize the effect of their predictable lies by having the meme already set. The BIG private showing should be at Limbaugh's. Rush often gets early movie showings at his personal theater because of his special hearing needs. He'd establish the meme and pad it in coconut oil soaked popcorn packaging impenetrable to liberal MSM movie critics.
Fearless, confident, REAL.
If this movie does an accurate job of telling the real story of Sarah Louise Heath Palin, this country is in for a shock. Shock and awe.
The doubters have said and will say that such effusiveness is mere idol worshipping fantasmagoria. The fact remains that, if it's all true, the idol worshipping fantasmagoria falls well short of giving this dynamo her due. I have tried to express what a force of nature this gal is once she gets going.
Please try to put in context everything this article tells us about what Sarah accomplished in half a term as Governor. Then, factor is that, in that same timeframe, she had a baby and ran for VP.
Get real. A fair appraisal would find Superman green with envy. No wonder they will stop at nothing to destroy her. She's going to annihilate them all.
"Game on?"
Try "Game over." LMAO!!!!!
