Later on after being further pressured he apologized to “Andrew and all the news media” he had misled.

He will resign by Friday. The question about the ages of the females and his answer that he did not know if they were underage will sink him. Plus, other women who will now come forward. The skanks he had fun with all wanna be famous. This, along with the release by Breitbart of very explicit images that have the goodies masked out will be too much and the Dems. in power will kick him to the curb. His wife will be heading for the hills too. She is much to involved in being a big shot to stay with him.

Weiner has been such an ass to so many people. What goes around comes around.

I don’t really care about him sending nasty pics around, as long as they were only sent to consenting adult. We have yet to learn if that was the case.

It’s the lying. He’s disgraced himself with his behavior but had he fessed up, it would have been a 2 day story. But as we learned with Watergate, the coverup can be worse than the “crime”. Except “brilliant young men” like Rep. Weiner didn’t learn that lesson. Until now.

So how do we get this guy forced out of office and prosecuted?

Call the Repub leadership and insist they DEMAND Weiner resign...the same exact way Dims have required that of REPUB reps, who've done less offense.

A contrite Weiner vowed not to resign in the wake of the scandal and said he had told his wife only today about his ongoing online sexual trysts.

Hillary's poor little sleep over friend has had a tough week. First she sees Weiner's package for the first time (well, a picture of it anyway) and now this!

“Democrats rarely resign their office over sex scandals. Bill Clinton set the bar for that.”

As bad as Bill Clinton was, he did not set the bar for Democrat sex scandals. Barney Frank did. Getting a BJ in the Oval Office doesn’t come close to running a homosexual brothel in a congressman’s townhouse.

Bill Clinton was impeached for perjury, not a sex scandal.

“He will resign by Friday”

That’s optimistic. It’s possible, maybe, if more photos & emails come out. But as of right now, I am not optimistic about this guy leaving. The most I can see him doing is saying he’ll finish his term and not run for re-election - which is far from resigning.
He’s such a little abnoxious, sob

OK, I had to shut the car off to pump gas, so I missed it.

Interesting how Andy is now a media reporter so quickly, I wonder if Weiner cleared it with the Daily Kos' Marcos Marxist?

Also interesting that the Weiner media protectors would ask a followup on the apology to Andy.

Resign you hypocritical commie bastard!

Weiner has lost his political clout. His Congressional office staff don't last long because he is an obnoxious hothead jerk. I say let's keep him front and center until the next election.

He did not apologize to him by name.

Politico says otherwise.

I still felt it was a miserly apology. He should have said I personally apologize to Andrew Breitbart for lying about being hacked and implying that he was behind the hack.

Resign, you lying sack of democrat feces.
What is it with Dems, they lie straight to
your face then expect you to just forget about it?

He should be censured and expelled, it’s only too
bad he wasn’t under oath some where. If he lied
about this, what ELSE has he lied about??

Will the cafeteria at the House now carry Weiner weiners in his honor?

No. They would be a choking hazard to Dennis Kucinich.

Within the latest democrat scandal, what really bothers me the most is the total lack of respect for the job or the people being served. He should recognize what he has done, apologize, and resign in shame.

But we all know how this will play out.

It had to be drug out of him but he finally did. He said I apologize to Andrew in a blanket apology for lying to the media. He said Andrew not Andrew Breitbart or Mr. Breitbart.

Barney Frank did. Getting a BJ in the Oval Office doesn’t come close to running a homosexual brothel in a congressman’s townhouse.

I think Rep. Gary Studds predates Barney.

Studds was having an affair with a page. (can't remember the age of the page he was a teenager)
