i’ve gone months (not intentionally, like now) where i’ve been looking for work... and not once in my life have i ever collected unemployment (i’m not sure i’d know where to start, even if i wanted to, which i dont)

Coulter should have said, "Even with your lousy ratings, your income at GMA was many times the income of your average viewer. Perhaps if you had lived a bit below your means, you could have saved a few bucks for just these types of emergencies and would not have needed unemployment welfare. When Reagan took office in January 1981, the IRS was raking in $500 billion per year.
When Reagan left office eight years later, the IRS was raking in $950 billion per year. The economy grew substantially.
Reagan cut tax RATES, not taxes. Until people learn to use the word "rates" most people will never understand how a decrease in taxes leads to an increase in taxes. At least Ann used the word "revenue." I know it's a math term, which most people hate, but we conservatives who want to educate an ill-informed populace shoule try to teach them.
