Adele's not happy about her tax bill. The British soul singer, whose 2008 debut album, 19, was certified four times platinum in the UK, wasn't afraid to voice her frustrations about having to pay so much in taxes and according to her, receiving so little in return.
According to the New York Daily News, fans are not to pleased about her complaints to a British magazine about how much she has to pay in taxes. Adele recently told Q magazine, "I'm mortified to have to pay 50 percent!," she said."[While] I use the NHS, I can't use the public transport anymore. Trains are always late, most state schools are s--t, and I've gotta give you, like, four million quid. Are you having a laugh?"
The 23-year-old "Rolling in the Deep" singer didn't stop there, "When I got my tax bill in from 19 [her first album], I was ready to go and buy a gun and randomly open fire," she joked.
If Adele didn't like those taxes, fans better be prepared for her to go off the deep end when she gets the bill for her sophomore follow-up, 21. Released in January, the project has gone two times platinum in the United States and eight times platinum in the UK.

She needs to get some advice from Bono. That guy knows how to dodge taxes while making sure other people are paying for HIS causes.
Adele, baby, you’ve got enough quid to change your residence to the Bahamas or Estonia and return home for the 180 days a year max, or whatever that max is. Screw the socialists!

It’s been the same socialist thievery for many decades. Even the Beatles griped about UK taxes back in the ‘60s. Adele should do what the smart people do - - relocate to somewhere civilized. Get away from the socialist/Democrat scum.

When it comes to Democrats and their union thugs, this is a party that - - when there is a Republican president - - relentlessly flogs “the economy, stupid”, and cheers wartime US military body counts.
The Democrat party is a party that wrings its hands in glee when the economy tanks and people lose their jobs, their homes, their health care, and their savings because they fully expect those people to go running to big government for the handouts they cheerfully provide in exchange for votes.
It is a party that hates traditional America so much that it proudly exclaims that its goal is to “change” America, and whose agenda is to turn America into a Euro-style socialist welfare state - - you know, to make America as great as... Greece.
Is it possible for people to be any more selfish and despicable than Democrats?

I found out about her right here on FR, over this specific issue not two weeks ago. Clicked on a link to youtube, and needless to say, downloaded all her stuff onto my MP3 player that same day! Amazing talent.
