And you know this how? Sounds like one man's opinion to me. It's a matter of a few steps of logic. Perry supported the effort to force girls at age 14 to take the human papilloma virus vaccine. He reversed his decision when public uproar convinced him that a majority of the state was against it. But he demonstrated that he is perfectly happy as a matter of state policy to implement big government solutions to health issues. Ergo, Perrycare.
