The same Khalidi who organized a 2000 fundraiser for Barack Obama’s unsuccessful congressional bid, and whose Arab American Action Network received a $75,000 grant from the Woods Fund of Chicago, while Mr. Obama served on its board.
Yes, THAT Rashid Khalidi, the lavish praise for whom by then-candidate and now-President Barack Obama the L.A. Times apparently finds less relevant than Sarah Palin's emails sending Merry Christmas wishes, or updating staff on the latest techniques in waste management.
I wonder why the New York Times, Washington Post and Los Angeles Times have not hired any staff to look into the information that is completely unknown about Mr. Barack Hussein Obama. You know, little things like...

This whole thing is deeply disturbing to me. The media is using the FOIA in a manner a police department supposedly cannot use a search warrant. This is a fishing expedition to discover criminal activity. If they find something, as I understand the law, they can turn it over to federal or state prosecutors to be used in any prosecution. However Obama’s records remain mysteriously sealed.

You know, if you want to be President, I think you should put everything out there for all to see. It should be a prerequisite! The Media should demand Obama’s stuff, especially because it is so murky and weightless. If he had a 40 year political career maybe his college records would be less important, but this guy in very young, had a very short time in politics, had no bills proposed under his name, cloistered himself in a controversial church, gave speeches on behalf of terrorist leaders (e.g. L.A. Times kept a recording of his speech a secret - that would have given American’s a big clue about his foreign policy beliefs), hid all his travel records, his school records, etc...
The media really screwed us with this guy. They should not give him another pass. If I could get 1 more thing from Donald Trump it would be that he press this issue.. indeed it would have been more important than his birth record.
What am I missing here? How is all this not completely illegal? Sarah is a private citizen and nobody has a right to her private mail. A governor’s business mail also has to be off limits to the general public. the only place any of this should be seen is by an ethics panel sitting for a specific violation. This is morally wrong. I am livid even though I know that Sarah will be vindicated. Still the danger is there for them to manufacture something.
Well the MSM did more investigating of totally unknown Joe the plumber Wurzelbacher in 24 hours than they did of Baraq in 24 months.

I don’t know all the details here - it looks like they filed an FOIA request for the emails of the governor. I suppose now she is out of office it is archival and property of the state. I tend to agree with you, but, I also believe if you are going to run for President you should volunteer almost everything. No secrets. Secrecy is bad for the Republic and the last thing we should want is a slickster who hides his past. Somehow the Media hates the Republic and hates Conservatism and so they will be complicit in all kinds of coverups and games to protect their candidate. Glad for the internet to ruin them.
LOL. All is well for now. The media got caught in their own trap. Hahahaha. They are complaining because Sarah’s lawyers did NOT redact the information on the people sending Sarah the e-mails. It’s a hoot.
